Screening Of Chinese Herbal And Probiotics And Application In Shrimp(Penaeus Vannamei) Aquaculture

With the widely application of the antibiotics,bacteria resistance,causing clinical infection rates are increasing.China's medical workers have long the bacteriostatic action of Chinese herbal medicine and antimicrobial composition research,and found that many of the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicine.A large number of studies have shown that application of Chinese herbal medicine in aquaculture can both prevention and treatment of aquatic animal diseases,reduce the use of chemical drugs,can improve the breeding animal immune enzymes and digestive enzymes activity,promote the growth of farmed animals,and this makes the Chinese herbal medicine more and more get the wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad. The study on aquatic animals indicator bacteria,the five kinds of common pathogenic bacteria of radix astragali,radix scutellariae,gallnut,garlic and other 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine for micro powders, extract the effective components and a series of processing,bacteriostatic effect analysis,screening for aquatic pathogenic bacteria have good broad-spectrum antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicine,and then add screening of Chinese herbal medicine in compound feed feeding,marina prawns,on a regular basis to determine the specificity of prawn serum immune factors.The study results show that the same medicinal materials of different extraction methods from different levels of antibacterial activity,20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine of radix astragali,radix scutellariae and fructus forsythiae common pathogenic bacteria in aquaculture has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect,and large and obvious bacteriostatic circle,the most significant bacteriostatic effect.Therefore,this research through the ethanol reflux method the active components of extraction of radix astragali,radix scutellariae and fructus forsythiae and determination on the shore,prawn lysozyme,phenol oxidase,SOD enzyme and the effect of alkaline phosphatase activity. Lysozyme,phenol,according to the results of test group,SOD and gsh-px activity of alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.05).Among them,the feeding group containing scutellaria extract feed of lysozyme and SOD enzyme exists the difference (P<0.01),feeding experimental group of phenol oxidase containing astragalus extract feed and alkaline phosphatase exist significant difference (P<0.01),the test results show that the Chinese herbal medicine radix astragali,radix scutellariae and fructus forsythiae can effectively promote the activity of immune factors,in order to further study the application of compound Chinese herbal medicine preparation in prawn breeding to provide data source,widely used in Chinese herbal medicine in the green healthy aquaculture to provide scientific rely on.In recent years,aquaculture has developed rapidly in our country.breeding density and scale increasing,the cause of aquaculture water body pollution is serious,it is to the harm of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite is bigger.Now, adopt the method of dealing with pollution of aquaculture water quality,there are some disadvantages in the treatment of purifying water quality at the same time,often on the farming ecological environment destruction.Using microbes can efficiently degrade nitrite,and safe and pollution-free characteristics,this study isolated from native prawn breeding,Bacillus strain JNSY1 gain an advantage after screening purposes,and according to the result of morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA appraisal,determine the sample for wax Bacillus,Bacillus cereus).Safety testing of waxy bacillus JNSY1 on shore,prawns(Penaeus vannamei) non-toxic.Water quality purification experiment results show that the strain after 10d JNSY1 of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in aquaculture water degradation rate was 65.5% and 68.3%,respectively,indicating that the strain to have obvious of aquaculture water quality purification effect,and that by lowering the water ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content,thus affect prawn immune enzyme activity in the body,have the effect of promote the prawn the body's immune ability,therefore,has a broad application prospect.
