| With the development of agriculture,the garlic has gradually become one of the important economic crops in China,especially in recent years,its planting area is increasing year by year,China has become the major garlic producer and exporter in the world.As China’s garlic harvesting machinery started late,so the level of its mechanized harvest is relatively backward,many processes are completed by artificial,especially the harvest link,need a lot of labor.Based on the destructive innovation theory,this paper designs and studies the garlic harvester and its key components,which can not only solve the problems existing in the garlic harvester,but also make the garlic harvester have the advantages of simpler structure,more compact size,cheaper price and function more rich and so on.The paper based on garlic harvester as the research object which is developed by the research project of Shandong Province Agricultural Machinery Equipment R & D Innovation Project,and design with Shandong Province Agricultural Machinery Science Research Institute,Zaozhuang New Zhongxing Equipment Manufacturing Co.Ltd,Using the destructive innovation theory to develop garlic harvester for destructive innovation,can complete the excavation and excavation.Seedling set fruit and a series of actions,so that it has a convenient operation,simple structure,cheap,high reliability and other advantages.In this paper,the destructive innovation theory is used to design the whole structure and key components of the garlic harvester.By analyzing the present situation of the garlic harvester,the function system problem is found,then the choice of destructive innovation strategy is adopted,and then using the evolutionary potential of the technical system of the TRIZ theory,analyzes the destructive innovation strategy,and obtains the choice of the strategy to accord with the evolution direction of the garlic harvester.Through the strategy and layout to extract the parameters related to the layout of the whole machine,and then use the contradictory solution principle to design the whole structure;the excavation device and the clamping device respectively to carry on the destructive innovation research,through the strategy choice And the principle of parameter optimization are respectively selected and calculated for the key parameters of the excavation device and the clamping conveyor,and then the contradictory solution principle is used to obtain the structure of destructiveinnovation and optimization.And then the parameters before and after optimization are analyzed to verify that the destructive innovation strategy can optimize the parameters.The results show that the deformation and stress concentration are optimized.The test results are analyzed and the working efficiency is improved,Thus confirming the use of destructive innovation theory of this set of methods can be effective for garlic harvester innovative design.For the first time in this article,it is first attempt to introduce the theory of destructive innovation into the design of garlic harvester,And the performance of the garlic harvester machine has been significantly improved,it can be used as a theoretical basis to introduce destructive innovation theory into other harvester industry,which will have great significance to the development of the harvester industry and the whole agricultural machinery industry. |
