The world's three major corn gold belts distribute in the United States,Europe and China.In recent years,with the increasing trend of China's rural labor force to the city,the rural resident population has fallen sharply.The traditional corn harvest needs a large number of human resources,with the continuous advance of science and technology,mechanized harvest gradually show advantages.For a long time,the mechanization level of corn harvesting in China lags far behind the cultivation and planting link,which is the weak link of maize production mechanization.The harvest is the largest part of the labor in the maize production process,accounting for about half of the total labor.Harvest is an important link in grain production,so how to improve the corn harvest mechanization level,how to ensure the corn harvest efficiency while reducing the labor input,how to create a more intelligent agricultural products,these problems still need to constantly explore.The development of corn harvester in China are based on Soviet Union at first.With the advent and development of wheat harvester,China has launched the study of corn harvest mechanization.Our country has developed a variety of machinery used for harvesting corn.A lot of corn harvesting machine have designed to match our country.How to improve the design of the corn cutting table is one of the hot issues in the research.The reasonable design of the cutting table is directly related to the efficiency of corn harvest.With the continuous expansion of maize planting area in China,a variety of situations continue to emerge.Corn harvester must adapt to the planting habits in different regions of China.For example the different row spacing and the different plant spacing.In this paper,I will introduce a kind of automatically on line and row spacing adjustable corn header.Greatly increased the ability of the corn harvester to adapt to different regions and different environment,so as to solve the current technical problems of corn harvester,and greatly improve the design and manufacturing level of China's corn harvester,and promote the technological innovation of agricultural machinery products.In this paper,according to the shortcomings of the flexibility of large-scale cutting machine,this paper studied the advanced agricultural machinery technology at home and abroad,and makes a new design of the cutting machine.According to the characteristics ofinconvenient transportation of large header,the header is designed in the form that the left and right sides can be folded.Because of the structure of the header is designed to be adjustable,how to design the folding structure as a folding structure without affecting the adjustment of the line spacing is an important problem to be solved in the structural design.In this paper,the design of large-scale corn header is based on image processing technology,it needs to segment corn straw in the complex background of farmland and natural light conditions.Compared with the traditional corn harvesting method,this design can accurately judge the distance between corn stalks before harvesting corn.Using LabVIEW software,according to the principle of camera calibration,the image distance is converted to the actual distance.According to the functions of header,including the folding of the cutting table,the cutting distance of the header,the rotation of the picking roller and the rotation of the picking dragon,the hydraulic function is used to realize all the action function,the reasonable and reliable hydraulic scheme was designed.Hydraulic components were selected.The electrical control of the hardware configuration,design of the electrical control program.Finally,the hardware configuration of the electrical control was determined.And the electrical control scheme was designed.
