| Seed breeding is the basic of hybrid rice production.The pollination is the important part of seed breeding and sufficient,well-distributed pollination can help to get a high yield.Rice is self-pollination plant and the rate of cross-pollination is very low.In order to get sufficient and well-distributed pollination,auxiliary pollination is needed.At present,hybrid rice auxiliary pollination use manual pollination methods.It has many disadvantage,such as high labor intensity,low working efficiency,etc.which can’t meet the requirements of modern hybrid rice seed production.In order to realize the mechanization of hybrid rice seed breeding,an impact pollination machine was designed according to the pollination with rope,and another pollination machine combined the principle of impact and pneumatic was designed according to the method that pollination with rope.In order to improve the working efficiency of the two kind of pollination machine,parameter optimization test was carried out based on the theoretical analysis and computational simulation in this study.The results are as follows:1.An impact pollination machine was designed,it mainly composed of engine,frame,impact mechanism and the lifting mechanism.It’s impact mechanism was optimized by built and analysis the model of impact rod.An impact and pneumatic type pollination machine was designed,it mainly composed of frame,air blower,impact rope and the pollination.It’s pollination component was optimized according to the results of CFD simulation and the test.2.The main working parameters of the impact pollination machine were optimized using the single factor test and the orthogonal test based on the actual planting pattern of hybrid rice.The single factor test was carried out with the index of the amount of pollen and the uniformity of pollen distribution,which included the factors of impacting height,working speed,impacting frequency.The results of single factor test showed that impacting height has very significant effect to the pollen amount and the working speed,impacting frequency have significant effect to the pollen amount.The results also showed that the impacting height has significant effect to the uniformity of pollen distribution and the working speed,the impact frequency doesn’t have significant effect to the uniformity of pollen distribution.Meanwhile,the single test result show that the optimal parameters were follows:impacting height of 200mm below the rice panicle,working speed of 0.8m/s,impacting frequency of 3Hz.3.A single test was carried out with the index of the amount of pollen based on the impact and pneumatic type pollination machine,which included the factor of the air velocity,distance between the air hole and impact rope.The single test results showed that the air velocity has significant effect to the pollen amount,the pollen amount on the 4 maternal plants line can reach the maximum when the air velocity of 15.07m/s and the uniformity of the pollen distribution can reach the minimum when the air velocity of 15.07m/s.The distance between the air hole and the impact rope has significant effect to the pollen amount,the pollen amount on the 4 maternal plants line can reach the maximum when the distance between the air hole and the impact rope was 150mm.And the uniformity of pollen distribution of distance of 150mm and 100mm is smaller than the distance of 50mm. |
