Okra(Abelmoschus esculentus L)is the annual herb,which has rich nutrition and more application in food,medicine and so on,especially edible tender pod.In recent years Okra has been as a health green vegetable all over the world.In this experiment,we studied the determination method of the main composition and distribution of different kinds of fertilizers on the yield and production traits and main nutrient elements in different organs of the body of flavonoids with the new Tokyo No.five okra variety as material.The results were as follows:1.Different fertilizer treatment on okra growth and yield influence.Single and mixed application of different kinds of fertilizer have different effects on okra growth process,growth period,plant height,yield and yield traits.Compared with control,N,P fertilizer applied alone could not increase the yield obviously,but simultaneous use of NPK fertilizer has more obvious effect on yield increase,the pod yield was 32663.5kg/hm2,the yield increased by 24.1%,mainly for plant growth,increase of the pods number per plant and improvement of the single pod weight.2.The distribution trend of Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in fruit,leaf and stem.The distribution of N and P elements was more in fruits and leaves,K elements are mainly concentrated in the fruits and stems.The content of N in leaf,stem and fruits was 24.2g/kg,16.5g/kg and 8.4g/kg respectively.The content of P in leaf,stem and fruits,respectively 4.1g/kg,2.96g/kg and 1.3g/kg.The content of K in fruit,leaf and stem was 25.6g/kg,5.4g/kg,11.7g/kg respectively.The distribution of N,P and K elements in different organs of plants was not affected by different kinds of fertilizers.3.The experiment is about the residual Analysis of different fertilizer treatments to NPK of soil.Soil available K content is higher than the available nitrogen content,available P content is the lowest after okra harvest with different fertilizer treatments.In five kinds of fertilizer processing,soil available N content highest with the processing of single K fertilizer and soil available P content in the highest with the processing of single N fertilizer,the highest content of available N and K with the process of fertilization of K fertilizer,and mixture application of NPK has significant difference to the control.Nitrogen fertilizer had no significant effect on soil availablenitrogen,on the one hand,the reason for this is that fertilization may have to stimulate the activity of soil microorganisms;On the other hand plant rapid growth consumes soil inorganic nitrogen and has not increased soil available nitrogen in soil.4.Optimization of Ultrasonic method and water bath reflux method extraction conditions and the two methods comparison.The effect of the ethanol rate,extraction temperature,extraction time on ultrasonic and reflux were significantly.The best condition of ultrasonic was as follows: ethanol rate of 80%,extraction temperature of 70 ?,extraction time of 1.5h,and the content of flavonoids was12.57mg/g.The best condition of reflux was as follows: ethanol rate of 80%,extraction temperature of 80?,extraction time of 1.5h,and the content of flavonoids was 12.16mg/g.Conclusion Two methods of extracting the content of flavonoids of Okra were not significantly,but the ultrasonic extraction was simple,and more advantages.The ultrasonic extraction is a better flavonoids extraction method of Okra.5.The impact of different fertilizer treatments on okra flowers,fruits and leaves of flavonoid.By ultrasonic extraction,flavonoids content is: flower > seed > fruit,the average content was22.26,15.40 and 13.01 in the flower,seed,and fruit respectively.In five fertilizer processing,the highest content of fruit flavonoid was 15.23 by the mixture application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.In a single phosphate processing highest flavonoid in the flower,is 25.63,the highest flavonoids content of seeds was 17.32 by the mixture application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.This article provides practical guidance and theoretical reference basis for okra in the process of cultivation of high quality and efficiency in the production of fertilizer solution set and its extraction method of flavonoid research.
