Abstract/Summary:
Chrysanthemum,a genus of Compositae chrysanthemum,is the general term of Chinese traditional flowers.Currently there are more than 20 thousand varieties.Chromosome ploidy test was detected by flow cytometry in diploid varieties of chrysanthemum.As a reference,chamomile is established by using the method of determination of ploidy identification of Chrysanthemum Cultivars by flow cytometry.More 100 varieties of chrysanthemum were determined by chromosome ploidy by using this method.The diploid was six,the triploid was nineteen,the tetraploid was seventeen,the five times was eight,and six times was thirteen.Nowadays its health care function of chrysanthemum tea was widely accepted and the market demand increased.At present,the status quo of Chaju research is relatively weak,and with the major domestic chrysanthemum tea varieties,the contents of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid were compared in different development stages,and the method for determination of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in chrysanthemum were established.The main varieties of the different developmental stages of flower chrysanthemum tea flavonoids and chlorogenic acid were studied.The results show that the content of total flavonoids in chrysanthemum flower buds and small new chrysanthemum tea were the highest in the half period of Boju.The total flavonoids of content of new chrysanthemum tea was the highest in the full period of chrysanthemum,the content of total flavonoids was highest in marguerites;,the content of chlorogenic acid of Huai chrysanthemum was the highest in the Chrysanthemum flower buds;the chlorogenic acid with the content of chrysanthemum was the highest in the half period of chrysanthemum,chlorogenic acid content was the highest in the full time chrysanthemum.Lutein,a kind of carotenoid,is a kind of natural plant pigment,which has some characteristics,such as antioxidant,protecting the retina,improving human immunity,and a toning effect.It is widely used in medicine,health care products,food,cosmetics and feed.The production,research and the development of Luteinh were a wide range of application prospects.This experiment was tested by measuring the content of lutein marigold on different cultivation methods in cultivation,and the lutein content was determined.At the same time,the marigold lutein HPLC method for the determination of the standard was established.
