In order to solve these problems, a healthy and effective operation of rural drinking water safety project, give full play to the benefits of the project, on rural drinking water safety project of timely and effective evaluation is very necessary, through the evaluation and supervision of the project, and the feedback of information engineering, on the subsequent construction also has a reference significance.This paper mainly from the perspective of rural drinking water safety project evaluation, combined with the characteristics of rural drinking water safety project operation, the rural drinking water safety project after the evaluation of research.(1) On the basis of referring to the relevant literature and field survey based on, comprehensive analysis that the characteristics and research situation of China's rural drinking water safety of the operation of the project, then choose engineering quality, operation management, economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of five level indicators and for water quality, water supply, water conservation and 15 secondary indicators and the questionnaire is designed.(2) By using AHP to determine the weight of the index analysis, combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the post evaluation model.(3) In Xinhuang county and parasol town change expansion of water supply projects and Fu Luo town water supply expansion project as an example, post evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of engineering project construction.
