Wheat breeding community harvest is an important part in wheat breeding,domestic mechanical has not more perfect wheat breeding community harvesting machinery,most of the domestic breeding units using ordinary harvesting machine harvest.For most of the ordinary harvester does not have the grain function,the seeds inside the harvester cannot clean fast when harvest a district.Therefore,the general harvest easily lead to mixed,affecting the breeding process seriously.Foreign breeder for wheat breeding plant has a long time to study and already had mature products,foreign production of breeding combine harvester is advanced performance and high efficiency,but expensive,small and medium-sized breeding units unable to afford,it is necessary to study wheat breeding community harvester to adapt to domestic small and medium-sized units' need.4LZ-0.8harvester is a domestic small grain combine harvester,the machine harvest performance is good,small size,cheap,breeding units for its improvement after the district harvest,to obtain a certain effect,but the seeding time is long,work low efficiency,but also cannot meet the requirements of users,the need for its structure and research in accordance with the wheat breeding community harvest requirements to improve the original machine to increase the grain system to improve its grain performance,shorten the seeding time,improve wheat breeding community harvest effectiveness.The aim of this study is to realize the rapid seeding of small wheat harvesters and solve the problem of harvesting in small and medium-sized wheat breeding communities.The research contents include:(1)The flow characteristics of the wheat harvest components.The harvesting process of the harvesting machine is the flow of the wheat harvest.The flow characteristics of the wheat harvest are studied and the flow of the constituent components is obtained,which provides the basis for the study of the design of the seed structure.(2)The improvement of the 4LZ-0.8 harvester Design and study the structure of the inside of the harvesting machine,including the bottom of the cutting table,the bottom of the threshing warehouse,the transportation site and so on.The design of the gear transmission mechanism which can reverse the harvester material lifting device is designed to overcome the harvester material Raise the problem of residual seed cleaning in the organization.In the structuraldesign using three-dimensional software Pro/E to complete the gear box parts design and assembly;(3)Harvesting machine hydraulic control system design,And the bottom of the threshing warehouse to save the bottom of the site through the hydraulic control to open the bottom,threshing the top cover through the hydraulic opening and closing to check whether the bottom of the threshing tank residue.The hydraulic system design test is to determine a reasonable hydraulic control device.(4)Determine the three parts of the improved parts of the harvesting machine,through the AutoCAD two-dimensional drawing,the improvement of the trial system,and then the prototype test.
