Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.is a herbal herb of Liliaceae,which is used as a rhizome.With the deepening of the pharmacological efficacy of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.,its medicinal value is increasingly reflected,and the demand for Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.is increasing year by year.Artificial cultivation techniques have become the main source of the production of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.,but there is little coverage in the inquiry of fertilization patterns of Hickory.In this experiment,Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was used as the experimental material.According to the optimal design of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium three factor quadratic D-saturated optimal design,the plant was planted under Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.forest in comprehensive experiment demonstration station of Yangling Wuquan Town,North West Agriculture and Forestry University,The effects of different fertilization conditions on the contents of biomass and active components of aboveground parts and underground parts of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.under different fertilization conditions were studied systematically.The effects of different fertilization conditions on the contents of N,P and K The yield and the content of active ingredients were optimized to optimize the fertilization pattern of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.under the condition of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.It is of great significance to promote the mode of cultivated fertilizers of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.in forest and improve the cultivation technology of Chinese herbal medicine and promote the modernization of Chinese herbal medicine production.The main results were summarized as follows:1.The effect of treatment group 8 on the growth rate of underground parts of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was the highest,and the effect of treatment group 5,6,7,9,10 on the growth rate of medicinal parts of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was the second,which indicated that the combination of fertilization could promote The growth rate of medicinal parts of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was higher than that of organic fertilizer treatment group,and the effect of organic fertilizer treatment group on the growth rate of medicinal parts of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was not obvious.According to a certain proportion of rational fertilization and application of organic fertilizers to promote the growth of the aerial part of the role of the obvious;treatment group 8 and organic fertilizer treatment group on the activeingredients of the active ingredients of the promotion of the most obvious effect of organic fertilizer on the Herbal medicine The effect of the accumulation rate of active ingredient was better than that of the treatment group 8,which indicated that the reasonable application of fertilizers and the application of organic fertilizers could effectively promote the formation of active ingredients in the medicinal parts.2.The effects of different fertilization treatments on N,P,K uptake of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.showed that the amount of N,P and K absorbed by roots of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.was the highest at 8 or near treatment,,6,7,9,10 and so on,which indicated that the combined fertilization could effectively promote the uptake of N,P and K of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.Red.roots by a certain proportion.The effect of organic manure on the uptake of N,P and K in the rhizome only P was significant.3.Screening and optimization of yield and quality after Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.under Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.forest,comprehensive yield and Polysaccharide content of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.,the content of steroids saponins of medicinal parts of three factors to optimize fertilization results of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.under Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.forest fertilization of high yield and quality model optimization results:In 95% confidence interval,when the target yield in Polygonatum.sibiricum Red Polysaccharide content in 5200-6500kg/hm~2,target 10.4%-11.8%,target with the content of steroids saponins between 0.2549%-0.2983%: optimizing fertilization interval N is 91.33-189.11 kg/hm~2;the optimizing fertilization interval P is112.40-195.35 kg/hm~2;the optimizing fertilization interval K is 39.31-50.68 kg/hm~2.That is,the optimum fertilization rate of N,P2O5 and K2 O is 1:0.80-1.39:0.28-0.36.The organic manure(pig manure)had the most significant effect on the Polysaccharide content in the cultivation of Polygonatum.sibiricum Red under Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.forest,and the amount of application was 4500 kg/hm~2.
