Hybrid cotton occupies an important position with its variety advantage in the cotton production, more than 90% large-scale planting hybrid seeds produced by artificial, but artificial seed production consumes labors and times, pays more costs, restricting the promotion of hybrid cotton, the main problem should be solved sonly is that improve seed production efficiency and reduce production costs. In order to improve efficiency and quality, the study was carried out using transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton Xinongmian 35: high-efficiency artificial rosin pollination technology, conducts four treatments(Petal marking and without straw?String marking and without straw?Petal marking and straw-separation?String marking and straw-separation),statistics efficiency of Petal marking technology and No straw-separation technology; The pollen storage and timely pollination research, statistics boll probability, seeds number and seed index of pollinating at different times in the flowering day(8:30-9:30?9:30-10:30?10:30-11:30?11:30-12:30?14:30-15:30?15:30-16:30?16:30-17:30?17:30-18:30)and the next day(8:30-9:30?9:30-10:30?10:30-11:30?11:30-12:30)by natural pollen, refrigerator pollen;Insect-resistant hybrid cotton hybrid identification of technical research, use different density kanamycin sulfate smearing(1g/L?2g/L?3g/L)or spraying(2g/L?4g/L?6g/L).To explore the best identification period and concentration of kanamycin sulfate though smearing and spraying.Follow is the results of this study:1.Petal marking technology can improve the efficiency of producing seeds 11.87%,reduce the cost of labor RMB 7762.65 per hectare; No straw-separation technology can improve the efficiency of producing seeds 10.50%,reduce the cost of labor RMB 6910.42 per hectare,No straw-separation technology compared to the traditional separation method will lead to decreased purity of the hybrid seeds,The purity of the hybrid seeds produced by No straw-separation technology is 98.19%,which can reach the national standard;Comprehensive application of Petals marking technology and No straw-separation technology, can improve the efficiency of seed production 23.64%,and reduce the cost of labor RMB 14740.8 and the cost of material RMB 300 per hectare.2.Preservation of pollen in the refrigerator should be a standing measure for the production of hybrid seed production.Seed pollination should follow the "first day, another day,the first morning, then afternoon," priority sequence, the flowering day the natural pollen pollination effect is best, the best time for the 9: 30-10: 30;afternoon refrigerator preservation pollen pollination effect better than natural pollen, the best time for the 15: 30-16: 30;the morning after flowering day should over pollinate before 11:30.The boll probability and seeds rate of pollened with natural pollen was singleton, while pollened with pollen storage in refrige was asymmetrical bimodal.Pollened with natural pollen had a great effect on boll probability and the seed number of bolls, while the effect on the seed index was small.Pollened with pollen storage in refrige had a great effect on boll probability, while the effect on the seed number of bolls and the seed index was small.3.It is a simple and effective method to identify fake hybrids by smear 2g/L kanamycin solution or spraying with 4g/L kanamycin solution in 1 ~ 2 leaf stage. The leaf stage of cotton seedlings was sensitively to kanamycin sulfate than cotyledon stage,1~2 leaf stage and 2~3 leaf stage smearing with 2g/L,4g/L kanamycin sulfate solution or spraying with 4g/L,6g/L kanamycin solution can effectively identify insect-resistant hybrid cotton hybrid.
