The process of raising rice seedling needs a large number of soil,which destroy the farmland seriously every year.With the problems of lacking soil,the innovation and optimization of soilless rice seeding has became the new research direction of mechanized rice cultivation techniques,rice seedling substrates provide nutrition and regulate the environment for seedling growth,so make rice seedling substrates is an important process of growing rice.This research use straw organic fertilizer,worm cast,vinasseas and vermiculite as materials to make rice seedling substrates,so that can optimize the preparation process and provide the parameters for making rice seedling substrates research.Firstly,this research analyzes domestic and overseas development situation of the soilless rice seedling,coming up with the problem of raising rice seedling substrates,determining the content and framework of the study,finding out the method of optimizing rice seedling substrates quality demands.Secondly,use rice stalk and worm cast in different proportion as the main raw material of raising rice seedling substrates,and use vinasse and vermiculite as supplementary,to make rice seedling test,use comprehensive quality of rice seedling as objective function,ratio of the raw materials as factors,setting up mathematical models in 4 groups.Thirdly,use MATLAB to make university analysis and interactive analysis,optimize the objective function in Excel solver,find out the optimal matching parameters for 4 kinds of straw organic fertilizer.At last,make verification test,according to analyzing 4 groups rice seedling substrates in physical and chemical quality and comprehensive quality,finding out the best preparation technology of making rice seedling substrates.The results show that the best preparation technology of organic fertilizer D(41%),vinasse(20%),worm cast(19%),vermiculite(20%).The optimum proportions of rice seedling substrates satisfy the demands.Compared with the conventional rice seeding soil,the plant height increases 2.19 cm,stem diameter increases 1.63 mm,root length increases 5.44 cm,the roots increase 1.2,biomass of shoot increase 1.82 g.This research verifies the feasibility of rice stalk raising substrates instead of conventional rice seedling soil,it is effective to solve the problem of getting soil during the producing and the problem of agricultural waste destroy environment,which is important to increase rice seedling quality and recycling utilization for resources,provide theoretical support for manufacturing equipments.
