The Yellow River system of Ji'nan TianShan irrigation is The largest irrigation system for agricultural power in the lower reaches of the Yellow River The irrigation system running efficiently has a great significance for industrial irrigation,ecological water and urban life of the irrigation district,Ji'nan City and Feicheng City.This paper focusing on the west sand basin of the irrigation district,studied the water sand movement,the pumping station economy and the efficient joint scheduling of various water sluices.The main contents are as follows:(1)The study carried out the measurement of sediment and water sand observation test,obtained the sand basin river topographic survey data,measured under two different flow velocity and sediment concentration distribution in the cross section of the four important data,analyzed the velocity distribution,and change of sediment concentration along the pool,and the outflow sediment concentration in the accounting,verify the accuracy of the experimental data.(2)The desilting water sediment characteristics and sand control research,about the present situation of settling basin and the Yellow River sediment grain size distribution were analyzed,using MIKE21 software setting basin of water and sediment model is established,the simulation results under several typical flow and critical flow desilting,further reducing sediment content of sand control scheme is discussed and the simulation analysis has been made to the base camp,put forward the appropriate bottom height.(3)Pumping stations economic operation is studied for irrigation level,improve the efficiency of pump station and technical measures to reduce the consumption of energy,put forward the suitable for Tian Shan electric pumping station station study algorithms of economic operation,and on the basis of using system analysis method to establish the Tian Shan mathematical model of economic operation of the electric pumping station level of pumping station,a tool of MATLAB software to study the economic operation scheme.(4)In non-steady state operation phase,for water supply security constraints,with water,sand control,pumping station efficiency as the goal,connecting engineering gate,for example,to calculate the design discharge,conducted joint scheduling of Tian Shan were complex systems analysis,system efficient joint scheduling scheme is given,and ensure the pump station,desilting reservoir,safe and efficient operation of the channel.(5)using the computer technology integration project information,real-time information such as water,scheduling scheme,compiled the Tian Shan Yellow River irrigation area system optimization operation instruction handbook,developed Tian Shan Yellow River dispatching management information system for efficient scheduling Tian Shan irrigation system management provide intuitive and accurate information service and technical support.
