| Affected by land salinization and forage shortage, halophytes Suaeda as an unconventional feed is a potential feed resource,However, the results of the existing studies show that halophytes as a special type of feed resources, low effective energy values and high salinity are the two most prominent limiting factors.Whether the whole plant can be used as a conventional coarse feed substitutes, few studies have reported that this experiment can fill the gaps in the field of Suaeda feed.In this experiment,in vitro screening of the formula for animal feeding test and verify the effect.lt used the combination of feeding and digestion test, the purpose of the experiment is to measure the palatability of Suaeda feed,The aim of the experiment was to determine the palatability of Suaeda and the influence on the growth performance of the animals and the health status and the digestion and utilization efficiency, and were evaluated for nutritional value using CNCPS.The significance of the experiment is to evaluate the nutritional and feeding value of Suaeda salsa, and provide technical reserve and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of halophytes.1.Determination of routine nutrients of SuaedaSuaeda compared with Leymus chinensis,CP(DM%)is slightly higher,Ash(DM%)was significantly higher,ADF(DM%),NDF(DM%)and ADL(DM%)were lower.lt can be concluded that the nutritional value of Suaeda is better than that of Leymus chinensis2.Evaluation of nutrition and feeding value of Suaeda by CNCPSUsing the CNCPS system to divide the protein and carbohydrate,Suaeda compared with other conventional roughage,PA1(CP%)and PB2(CP%)are higher, and PC(CP%)is much lower than conventional roughage.CA(CHO%),CB1(CHO%)was significantly higher than other conventional roughage.CC(CHO%)was significantly lower than other conventional roughage.3.Effects of different gradient Suaeda diets on growth performance of sheepThe results showed that 50%Suaeda replaced the conventional roughage, and the growth performance of sheep was the best, and the average daily gain was the highest.4.Effects of different gradient Suaeda diets on digestibility of nutritional components in SheepThe results showed that the average CP digestibility of Suaeda was lower, but the daily digestion CP was higher than that of conventional roughage; The average GE digestibility of Suaeda salsa was not significantly different from that of conventional roughage, but DE was lower than that of conventional roughage. |
