Potato digging is one of the most critical harvesting processes in the potato harvester,and the performance of the excavated components has a significant impact on the harvester.Based on the analysis of excavation components and the theory of traction resistance,a potato tapping resistance testing device is designed.The effect of traction resistance is analyzed by field test,analysis of forward speed,shovel angle and shovel angle Parameter optimization,thereby reducing the potato excavator drag resistance,reduce power consumption.This paper provides the basis for the optimization of potato excavator design.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The influence of the design parameters on the traction resistance is analyzed.The mechanical model of the traction resistance is established by analyzing the working conditions of the excavation shovel and the crushed soil,and the influence of the traction resistance is summarized factor.(2)Based on the research object of the fixed triangular plane shovel,the potato resistance test device was designed,The angle of shovel adjustment range of 16 °?32 °,the cutting edge angle adjustment range of 50 °?55 °.And the establishment of a traction resistance test platform to study the forward speed,shovel angle,shovel angle at different levels of traction resistance size.(3)The traction resistance test platform was used for field experiment.Through the single factor test,the influence of forward speed,shovel angle and shovel angle on traction resistance is studied.The research indicates that the traction resistance increases rapidly with the inclination angle increase of the shove when the inclination angle of shovel is 16 °?32 °;The traction resistance is small when the blade angle at 50 °?55 °;The traction resistance increases with the increase of the forward speed,and the growth trend is stable and slow.According to the design principle of Box-Behnken combination design,the response surface test of 3 factors and 3 levels is carried out.The experimental results show that the influence order of each factor on traction resistance is:blade angle,angle of shovel and forward speed.The traction resistance is optimized as the optimization index,the best working parameters combination of the traction resistance are inclination angle of the shovel is 20 °?blade angle is 55 °and the forward speed is 0.8m·s-1.
