Corn as the third largest planting crops in Jiangsu,its main planting pattern is no-till seeding after mechanical harvesting wheat.In recent years,it is forbidden to straw burning.Because of the lack of proper no-till precision seeding machine and the right time for sowing corn is short in "three summer" season,the quality of the corn planting is poor,the economic benefit is low,farmers grow com reduced activity.Aiming at the urgent need of actual production,this subject reference technology status of corn seeding machine at home and abroad,and considering the combination of agricultural machine and agronomy.designed a kind of maize no tillage and seeding machine to improve the planting efficiency of farmers,which also have a big significance to the safety of com in China.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Designed the overall structure of the machine,and determined the machine working width of 2.1m.sowing rows of 4 lines,and the line spacing is 60cm,sowing depth is 4?6cm,fertilizer application depth is 8?10cm.there are more than 4cm soil isolation layer between seed and fertilizer channel.And the seed spacing can be stepless adjustable.The planter is mainly composed of three point suspension mechanisim,seeding monomer,fertilizer application,and grass separating device and so on.Supporting more than 44kw tractor,machine can complete ditching,fertilizing,seeding,soil covering,repression and other operations once into the ground.2.Determining the type or structure of the key components,and analyzing the ditching device,copying mechanism,grass device and other key components in detail.3.According to the test method of GB/T 6973-2005 "Testing methods of single seed drills(precision drills)",this paper adopted single factor contrast test,evaluating the performance of three kinds of mechanical seed metering device.The result indicated:In operating speed is 3?5km/h,seeding of the distance is 22cm,vertical spoon wheel row the qualified index was 89.3%?94.3%,replay index was less than 5%,leakage sowing index was less than 10%,coefficient of variation was less than 20%,which is better than the other two mechanical row device.4.This paper used SolidWorks2014 modeling software to draw the three-dimensional model of the parts and complete the overall assembly of the virtual prototype.Motion simulartion software ADAMS was used to analyze the movement process of profiling mechanism simulation,adopting the final connecting rod length of side profile modeling.5.To grass separating device,field experiments were carried out.The field experiments indicated that when the straw mulch amount is 0.76kg/m2 and the working speed is 0.7?1.4m/s,the passing and cleaning of the planter is well,which can meet the operation requirements in wheat stubble field.
