In this paper,use the grassland ecosystem health assessment of Huitengxile wind farm as the main line and use the Inner Mongolia Yearbook,Wulanchabu Yearbook,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region provincial meteorological stations,remote sensing images,field surveys and other means to obtain research data.The health status of regional grassland ecosystems in 1995,1999,2005,2010 and 2015 were quantitatively evaluated from five perspectives:organizational structure,resilience,ecosystem service function,vitality and environmental conditions.And then analyzes the driving force of ecosystem health change,which provides the theoretical basis for wind farm construction and grassland ecosystem health protection.The paper uses AHP and Ecosystem Service Value Analysis.In the analysis of ecosystem service value,it is found that the value of ecosystem services in the study area is declining in 20 years,especially in water conservation and waste disposal.In terms of analytic hierarchy.process,it was found that the ecosystem health status of the study area slowed down from 1995 to 2005 and changed from ?(better)to ?Poor),2010-2015 ecosystem health has improved,from ?(poor)to ?(poor).The construction of wind farm is the main reason for the decline of ecosystem health.After 2010,the construction of wind farm is slowing down,the old fan is running down,and the large area is planted in the local area.The health status of the ecosystem is slowed down,But still in the ?(poor)level.Can be found in wind farms before and after 2005 there is a clear turning point,while the study area of ecosystem health and ecosystem services There is also a clear inflection point.Indicating that there was a balance between the number of wind turbines and the ecosystem health of the wind farm before 2005,and that the balance was destroyed after the ecosystem carrying capacity in 2005,so the health situation was plummeting.Therefore,the number of fans in 2005 as the optimal number of fans in the study area,in the follow-up grassland wind farm construction as a reference.
