| Canine mammary gland tumor is one of the most common tumor diseases in pet clinic.It was common by seen in female dogs and the second tumor diseases in dogs.The probability of malignancy was more than 50%,which was a serious threat to the health of dogs.68 cases with canine mammary gland tumor collected from pet hospital of Nanjing area in rencent years were investigated and sorted the clinical data and treatment of these cases,and analysied the major factor associated with the development of mammary gland tumors in the dog.The types of the tumor samples and the characteristics of the tissues were denefined by histopathological technique,The use of different treatment options was to compare the pros and cons.The aim was to provide a new way for the treatment of caeine mammary gland tumors,and to provide valuable clinical reference for improving the survival rate and quality of life of canine with mammary gland tumor.Test Ⅰ Epidemiology survey of canine mammary gland tumor in Nanjing areaFor the study of the major factor associated with the development of mammary gland tumors in the dog and pathogenesis,the data of the 68 clinical cases of canine mammary gland tumor in Nanjing area were analysied and researched.The results showed that the case was with a youngest of 3 years old and an oldest of 14 years old.Dogs at diagnosis mostly ranged from 8 to 11 years old,accounting for 58.82%of the total incidence.At the age of 10,the number of dogs with the most,reaching 13,accounting for 19.12%.Most breeds will occur this disease,breeds at risk for developing mammary gland tumors included Pekingese and Shih(string),accounting for 32%and 38%,respectively.The groin mammary gland was affected the most commonly,accounting for 45.6%.The sex of most dogs is female,only one male.Test Ⅱ Histopathological observation of canine mammary gland tumorsTumor speciments about 25 cases extirpated from surgical operations,were observated by histopathological.The results showed that there were 12 benign cases and 13 malignant cases,accounting for 48%and 52%,respectively.The begin mammary tumors most included fibroadenoma and benign mixed tumor,the malignant cases most were breast tuber-adenoma.Histopathological examination of the biopsy specimens was established as the most reliable diagnostic approach and revealed the characteristics of the tumour in many terms,which included pleomorphism,mitotic index,differentiation level,presence of necrosis,and the stromal invasion.Testlll Clinical treatment study of canine malignant tumorNine female dogs presenting malignant mammary tumors divided into three different treatment groups:the patients submitted to surgical treatment alone(group A)、surgery with chemotherapy(group B)and without any treatment(Group C).Comparing the three groups it was found that that patients benefit from complementary therapy,the overall survival is 66.7%.But the side-effects of chemotherapy are also obvious,especially for the blood system and gastrointestinal system,white blood cells had a very significant decline;the liver and kidney function also have a different levels of damage.The survival period of group C was better than that of group A.TestⅣ Clinical diagnosis and treatment of typical cases of canine mammary tumorsPets clinic,breast tumors is generally considered the second largest canine neoplastic diseases.According to the different types and stages of the breast tumor,to develop appropriate treatment prograns.The paper study the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant tumors by selecting typical cases to.The hope was to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
