The agricultural machinery informatization is one of the most important development fields in the “Made in China 2025” key technology roadmap.As one part of the agricultural machinery informatization,the informationalized silage harvester is placed on the developing focus that requires hydrostatic drive system and basic informational functions.Maize has large planting production with various working conditions in China.It has higher requirements in the adaptation,automation and intelligence of silage harvester.Nowadays the level of automation,intelligence and informatization of domestic silage harvester is far from abroad.So the policy and market demand more research on new informationalized silage harvester.The dissertation is based on research on electro-hydraulic control system of the silage harvester.It focuses on improving the level of automation,intelligence and informatization.It applies advanced control theory with monitoring data on information management system to effective control of electro-hydraulic control system of silage harvester.The research contents are as follow:Firstly,design the overall proposal of the electro-hydraulic control system based on the deeply analysis on the demands for function,working condition and information management system of the silage harvester.Apply theory analysis to the main hydraulic system.Demonstrate the feasibility of the main proposal of hydraulic system by making mathematical model.It's the theory basis of application of the electro-hydraulic control system.Secondly,write code and design the interface based on the overall designing proposal by using hardware and software,and adopt the electro-hydraulic proportional technique that based on the CAN bus.Bring the information management system into control units.People can do effective control both by using the vehicular terminal in the information management system and by web portal to log data and generate reports.Demonstrate the feasibility and logic by offline testing that is the basis of field test.Finally,demonstrate the feasibility and the application effect by doing field test that is based on the theory analysis of main hydraulic system and the demonstration of electro-hydraulic control system.The field test indicates that the informationalized electro-hydraulic control system has a good control characteristic and the information management system is doing well.People can do real-time control on site as well as remotely logging data and managing equipment through web portal.It achieves the goal of applying the informationalized electro-hydraulic control system.
