In order to avoid the problem of low yield of strawberry and soil secondary salinization in cultivation,poor quality,on the representative of the old varieties "Fengxiang" as the research object,in the nutrient solution under a unified study on Strawberry Growth and results in seven different matrix formula treatment situation,to find out an optimum matrix formulation for strawberry cultivation,and the best medium conditions,effects of different nitrogen levels on the growth and quality of strawberry.According to the obtained data were analyzed by analysis of variance with SPSS treatment on strawberry plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,yield per plant,fruit number,fruit weight,vitamin C,soluble solids,reducing sugar,titratable acid and other indicators of significant differences for further multiple comparisons.The results showed that the best performance of the strawberry production conditions and characteristics of the substrate ratio of mushroom residue + perlite + vermiculite.Under the same substrate cultivation conditions,the best fertilization treatments were selected from the three nitrogen treatments:1.Different matrix processing:(1)Matrix bulk density,EC showed the trend,in which EC changes significantly.The change range of perlite + mushroom residue + vermiculite(C3)was the smallest,while pH and total porosity decreased.(2)Yield: mushroom residue + vermiculite + perlite(C3)the highest yield(781.56g),followed by vermiculite C2+ mushroom residue(745.61g),the difference between the two is not significant;mushroom residue + vermiculite + perlite(C3)the average weight of maximum 19.21 g is better than that of the control treatment(peat + vermiculite),significant difference between the two ?(3)Quality: seven treatments had little effect on strawberry flavor,and the difference was not significant.Mushroom residue + vermiculite + perlite(C3)the best flavor,sugar: acid was 13:69,followed by vermiculite(C2)+ mushroom residue,better than the control treatment(peat + vermiculite).(4)the comprehensive evaluation: the treatment C3 is better than that of the other treatments,and the utilization of industrial waste,and has the application value of long-term in production.2.different nitrogen levels processing:(1)Effects of various nitrogen fertilizer treatments on botanical characters of strawberry plant.Nitrogen application significantly increased strawberry height,stem girth and leaf area.Within a certain range,raising the level of nitrogen on plant height,stem girth,leaf area was beneficial,but not the higher nitrogen level as possible.The height,stem girth and leaf area of high nitrogen level was not the best one.(2)Effects of various nitrogen fertilizer treatments on the yield and quality of strawberry.Nitrogen application significantly increased strawberry yield and quality.Within a certain range,raising the level of nitrogen on strawberry yield and quality,but not the higher nitrogen level as possible.The yield and quality of high nitrogen level was not the beat one.
