Our country is an agricultural country,it would produce a large number of crop straw every year, straw burning is the main way to deal with the agricultural wastes, the burning of straw not only cause serious environment pollution, but also cause waste of resources due to the crop straw itself contains nutrients could not recycle,to some extent would increase the use of fertilizer and lead to the rising cost.In addition, the traditional cultivation matrix belongs to non-renewable resources,Long-term mining caused a large number of declining sharply, the cost of production of rising year by year, the urgent need for a new type of matrix to replace. In this situation,as a renewable resource-biochar arises at the historic moment,it has been applied in the study of horticulture cultivation matrix and achieved good results.Because the design and color of Lily flower is various, its appearance elegant,at the same time,it was a promising flower after the “four cut flowers”,with its good moral of “a harmonious union lasting a hundred years” are adored by people.Anthurium has the strange of flowers and bright of spathe, the flower represents a “hot, the open heart”,it was one of the three most popular of “Place flower” and was widely used in many occasions,Anthurium is a famous flower of great market potential. The experiment by using pot experiment to study the responses of growth,physio--logical characteristics and absorbed amount of N,P,K of Lily and Anthurium of differernt period and organs to different biochar addition levels, using the root analysis system of WINRHIZO were analyed the roots for budding stage, flowering period, flowers wither period of Lily and growth for 2 months,4 months,6 months of Anthurium;studying the content of the protective enzyme activity(CAT,POD,SOD),Soluble protein,Soluble sugar,Proline,Malondialdehyde of different stage of root, leaf, flower of Lily and Anthurium, there also the content of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and Carotenoid were measured;studying the absorbed amount of N,P,K of different periods of Lily and Anthurium.Main conclusions are as follows:1.The different usage of biochar of effects on root growth of Lily and Anthurium in different periods. The total root length, root surface area, root projection area, the average root diameter, the total number of root tip, branch number, root number of cross, root number of connections of Lily and Anthurium were analyed in different periods, the results showed that the root system of various indexes were first increased and then declined with the increasing biochar addition on Lily and Anthurium, besides part of the indicators in 10% and 15% processing had not significant difference, all indicators were reached highest in the 10% processing. In flowering, the total root length could reach 465.73 cm,the projection area could reach 37.19cm2,increased than the control 24.54%,21.26% respectively;the total root length could reach 377.64 cm and surface area could reach 116.37cm2 of the growth for 6 months of Anthurium, increased than the control 11.85%,13.55% respectively.2.The different usage of biochar of effects on physiological characteristics of Lily and Anthurium. The study found that the root system of the protective enzyme activity(CAT)on buds stage and the protective enzyme activity(SOD)of flowers were reached the highest in the treatment of 15%,the rest of indicators including the content of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b,Soluble protein,Soluble sugar and Proline were reached highest in 10% processing, the content of Carotenoid and Malondialdehyde were the lowest in 10% processing. In flowering of Lily,Soluble protein of root could reach 3.26mg/g,Proline could attain 55.4ug/g,Malondialdehyde could reach 1.28umol/L;Soluble protein of leaf could reach 5.52mg/g,Proline could attain 28.16ug/g,Malondialdehyde could reach 2.58umol/L.Soluble protein of root and leaf could attain 2.32mg/g,2.18mg/g respectively of the growth for 6 months of Anthurium. The protective enzyme activity(CAT,POD,SOD)and the content of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b,Soluble protein,Soluble sugar,Proline were first increased and then declined with the increasing biochar addition, the content of Carotenoid and Malondialdehyde were rising after falling trend.3.The different usage of biochar of effects on the absorbed amount of N,P,K of Lily and Anthurium. The absorbed amount of N,P,K were first increased and then declined with the increasing biochar addition, all indicators were reached the highest in the treatment of 10%.In flowering of Lily, the absorption amount of P2O5% and K2O% could reach 2.16%,3.39% respectively.4.In a word, compared with the control, the best growth of Lily and Anthurium are in 10% processing, the plants were reached the best growth and metabolism, the strongest resistance and the absorbed amount of N,P,K were reached the highest in 10% processing,it can offer more favorable substrate environment for growth of Lily and Anthurium.and it is the most appropriate proportion of biochar added.
