This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary Flammulina velutipes stembase(FVS)on the contents of cholesterol in serum, muscles, liver of broiler. In this study, the weight gain, survival rate, feed conversion rate, economic benefit and abdominal fat rate of AA+ broilers were detected. The effects of FVS on lipid metabolism of 21 day old and 42 day old broilers were studied. The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of FVS application in broiler feed, and to use FVS as a green additive for feeding low fat broilers, and to improve the performance of broilers. This study provides a theoretical basis and experimental basis for the application of FVS in broiler feed. This experiment is to cooperate with the Jilin Province Dongfeng County Pengxiang of animal husbandry Ltd.A total of 4550 one-day AA+ broiler was divided randomly into 5 group with 7 replication with 130 birds each replication The diets containing five levels of FVS(0%,2%,4%,6%,6%alternating weekly)without antibiotics during the total experiment of 42 days. The results show:? FVS can significantly improve the survival rate of broilers(p<0.05).? The regression model and correlation analysis showed that adding measurement was negatively related to weight gain and FVS 35d-42 d broilers, which means that we should reduce the content of FVS in last week before slaughter.? Full period of 6% FVS supplemented group(group C)broiler is not conducive to the economic benefits, group D can significantly increase the AA+ of broiler slaughter weight(p<0.05)and is conducive to the economic benefit.? At 21 d and 42 d,FVS,had no significant effect on the percentage of abdominal fat in broilers(p>0.05).? The serum test at 21 days of age, serum total fat of groups A,C,D was lower than that of control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in total fat, serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and the control group(p>0.05).At 42 d,there was no significant difference in serum total fat between each treatment group.Serum total cholesterol of group A,B,C,D were lower than the control group(p<0.05);Serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol of group A,C,D were lower than the control group(p<0.05),four s serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol of group A,B,C,D were higher than the control group(p>0.05).? At 21 d,the fat in brest muscle of group C was higher than the control group(p<0.05).The fat in leg muscle of group B C D was higher than the control group(p<0.05).The fat in liver tissue of group C D was higher than the control group(p<0.05).At 42 d,there was no significant difference in fat in brest muscle, leg muscle and liver tissue. The cholesterol content in the liver of 21 day old C group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups in tissue cholesterol(p>0.05).? At 21 d,the fecal bile acid excretion of group C was significantly higher than the control group. At 42 d fecal bile acid excretion of group C D was significantly higher than the control group.? At 42 d,serum HMG-CoA reductase of group B C D were lower than control group, while serum INS content was significantly higher than the control group, the two index was negatively correlated.? According to meta analysis,OR value is 0.38,95% confidence interval is 0.27-0.55.Results showed that the addition of FVS could improve the survival rate of broiler. The appropriate addition of FVS in broiler feed can improve the production performance of broilers, and improve the economic benefits, but should be reduced at 35d-42 d.At the same time,FVS can reduce the cholesterol metabolism in the body, reduce cholesterol deposition, and increase bile acid excretion, and then adjust the lipid metabolism in broiler chickens.
