In order to meet the needs of the market,there are a large number of domestic shrimp farms.Feeding the shrimp several times per day and basically all are finished by the man.Workers walk around the pond and throw the bait which is large labor intensity and low work efficiency.Artificial diet cannot achieve uniform feeding which will waste bait and cause serious food accumulation and many residual bait will pollute the water bodies which may cause the shrimp infected with the virus.The impact force from the existing polishing material feeding machine to the bait is heavy which will lead to great bait broken.So the broken rate is high and the broken bait will contaminate water too.So the existing machine cannot be used in shrimp pond feeding.There are also some developed shrimp ponds feeding mobile feeding equipment on the market currently.Some placed the impact throwing device on the hull directly,and some other equipment remove the feeding mechanism and placed on a floating body.These innovations did not solved the high crushing rate and feed bait throwing low efficiency issues.In view of the above situation,the shrimp pond mobile feeding system which can achieve low breakage rate and increasing the efficiency of throwing bait is in the research.This paper will introduce the development process and working principle,structure design,strength check,physical processing and performance test of bait breakage rate and provide technical support for shrimp pond to achieve low broken rate and high feeding efficiency.According to the current situation and development trend of shrimp ponds feeding,this paper firstly introduces the design target,Using a screw translate the feed and a 360 degree disc to throw the feed.Mobile catamaran platform use of twin propellers and key type remote control feeding system.In order to obtain low torque and high conveying efficiency,the working torque and feed efficiency are compared with the rigid feeding shaft and flexible feed shaft of the same specification.The calculation results show that the torque of the flexible feed shaft is 71.68% of the torque of the rigid feed shaft,and the feeding efficiency of the flexible feed shaft is increased by 11%.So,the flexible shaft was chose to convey bait.The finite element analysis of the feeding shaft is carried out by using Solidworks software.The feeding experiment was carried out on the feed shaft.The experimental results show that the flexible feed shaft is more efficient than the rigid feed shaft to improve the feeding efficiency of 6.44%.In order to design the throwing tray with low crushing rate and high throwing efficiency,utilize ADAMS software to simulate the existing throwing tray to obtain the preliminary mechanism of breaking rate and uniformity and throwing range.Base on this,design a new throwing tray-closed throwing tray.Feeding machine prototype was made to test the feed crushing rate and throwing distance.Through test measuring,the closed material throwing tray's crushing rate is 70% less than the traditional throwing tray,more evenly,and the throw range was increased by 100%.In order to realize mobile feeding,catamaran is designed.The structure size of the catamaran was calculated according to the load of catamaran and equipment size.In order to ensure the stability of the catamaran,the equipment location was reasonable placed.The propeller power is dual 180 W thruster based on the parameters of catamaran and the design speed of 2m/s,which can meet the requirements.Finally,design the control system of feeding machine and catamaran to match the feeding speed and catamaran,which satisfy that the shrimp breeding stage can be adjusted in different feeding amount.According to the test,catamaran can complete the delivery of 7 acres of shrimp bait required in 4min with the measured speed in 2m/s.A long time working performance test in shrimp pond was carried out in this feeding system prototype.the test results show that the shrimp pond mobile feeding system is stable and reliable which can achieve more uniform feeding,reduce feed crushing rate,reduce labor intensity effectively and meet the requirements of farms shrimp feeding.The feeding system has a broad application value and application value which laid the foundation for future breeding and breeding of intelligent automation.
