The energy crisis and environmental pollution caused by traditional fuel vehicles are the problems that must be solved in China to develop a sustainable development strategy with energy saving and environmental protection.The pure electric tractor is a new energy agricultural machinery with a wide range of energy sources,it can achieve zero emissions and overcome the current problems of traditional fuel tractors,therefore,it has a great theoretical and guiding significance to promoting the research and development of small pure electric tractors in China through carrying out the relevant basic theoretical research and simulation for it drive system.First,the driving system of pure electric tractor is established by analyzing and comparing the structure of four typical pure electric vehicle drive systems.The evaluation index of the drive system is established simultaneously,including the dynamic and economic evaluation index.Secondly,According to the pure electric tractor operating characteristics and performance requirements,the drive system of the drive motor and power battery pack were selected on the basis of the analysis to pure electric drive motor and power battery of pure electric tractor.Then,using small fuel tractor as the design prototype,the corresponding theoretical knowledge is used to design and calculate the components of the pure electric tractor drive system based on it's stress analysis,and in the meantime,the matching result of the drive system parameters is obtained.The characteristics of the drive motor were tested,getting the outside characteristic data of the motor,which laid the foundation for the simulation.The vehicle simulation model is built on the CRUISE software,and the parameters of the main parts are input,including the vehicle,the driving motor,the power battery,the transmission and the driving wheel.The establishment of the signal connection between the vehicle components and dynamic and economic simulation simulation task behind which simulated.The results show that the vehicle power and economy are higher than the specific requirements of the evaluation index,and also verify the accuracy of the vehicle simulation model and the rationality of parameter matching.Finally,in the case of keeping the matched parameters of small pure electric tractor drive motor and power battery unchanged,the gearbox is simplified to 3 gears based on 6 gears.Then,using the Optimization tool provided in the Design Explorer of the CRUISE software to optimize the transmission ratio of the pure electric tractor drive train for obtain the excellent transmission ratio.The simulation results show that although the drive system of vehicle in the power has a certain weakened after optimization.However,it meet the evaluation conditions and the structure of the transmission system is simplified,cruise mileage increased by 4.8km,and verify the predigestion of gearbox and optimization method is correct and effective.
