As one of the three most important food crops, rice is the staple food for more than halfof the world’s population. China is the world’s largest rice producing country, rice plantingmechanization is representing the general trend, plant setting machine for rice is therealization of the mechanization of rice cultivation mechanism, in order to improve theefficiency of rice cultivation. But in recent years, many rural areas established ricecultivation professional cooperatives, the paddy field area,that needs to be planted, areaoften thousands or even tens of thousands of acres, considering the demand for such a largearea of rice cultivation, developing a high-speed rice plant setting machine, can achieveefficient and reliable work of planting. In a mechanical system, in order to make high-speedrice plant setting machine has good characteristic, each subsystem of the systemoptimization of structural parameters can be optimized to match, making the system bettercoordination, working more efficiently. So it has important theoretical and practicalsignificance to the matching research for parameter of high-speed rice plant setting machine.The purpose of this paper is to improve the high-speed rice plant setting machinetransplanting efficiency, planting accuracy and planting stability, to Study on parametermatching of plant setting machine, and on the dynamics of high-speed rice plant settingmachine terminal actuators. Main research contents and conclusions of this paper are asfollows:This paper introduces the working principle of the key working parts of the rice plantsetting machine, and the theory of system performance parameters match, through the studyof domestic and foreign current situation of the development of rice plant setting machineand parameter matching, finding out the gap of our country and abroad looking forbreakthrough, applying the matching theory for the parameters to the high-speed rice plantsetting machine, to achieve an efficient, reliable and accurate work for rice transplanting.In this paper, through the determination of high-speed rice plant setting machinemobility mechanism, those models, such as the walking part, working mechanism, thematching relation of parameters, dynamic parameter matching model, mathematical modeland mathematical model of the box moving mechanism of transplanting mechanism, areestablished, making premise preparation for the simulation analysis.Attentively analyzing the walk part of the and-drop mechanism as well as spacingadjustment mechanism between the changes in velocity relationship, we use the MATLAB software of motion trajectory of the mechanism and path of drawing and optimization, andanalyze the mechanism motion velocity and acceleration change trend, as a reference for thedynamics simulation analysis. Through comparative analysis of parameters match before andafter the change of the trajectory, we verify the different spacing parameters variation, todetermine the optimal planting different planting distance the grave unearthed Angle andAngle, paving the way for the follow-up study.Based on the mathematical model in this paper, we create a three-dimensional virtualprototype model, to make multi-body system dynamics simulation drawn implantationtrajectory come true, through dynamic simulation software for dynamic simulation of virtualprototype, and the analysis of Transplanting Mechanism the vine clip end speed andacceleration, we ultimately determine the characteristics of the system dynamics works.
