It is hard to operate in the woodland with complex terrain environment,large slope and different ground soil softness and lush vegetation.At the same time,the operating machinery has a small driving space.In order to adapt to the woodland operating environment,it is necessary to have a driving platform with flexible?small turning radius and off-road capability.Track chassis as a driving platform with its good passing ability and stability have unparalleled advantages when operating in the forest area.In order to play this advantage,the track chassis for the forest was designed.Power-transmission system directly determines its ability to achieve the main performance indicators as the core part of the track chassis,under the premise this paper mainly study on the power-transmission system parameter matching and optimization.Evaluating the performance of the track chassis through combine with CRUISE software simulation results and prototype performance test results.The paper mainly includes the contents as follows:1.According to the application environment and performance requirements of the track chassis,the power-transmission system's composition and the overall arrangement are put forward.The performance requirements of the track chassis is analyzed,and combined with the analysis results of the power-transmission system of the various components of the selection and parameter design.2.A mathematical model is established for each main component of the vehicle power-transmission system,and a modeling method for tracked vehicles with CRUISE software is proposed.The structure model of tracked chassis is established by CRUISE software.3.The evaluation index of the dynamic and economical performance of the track chassis is carried out,and the simulation is carried out by using the CRUISE software.The simulation results and evaluation index of performance are used to determine the matching degree of the engine and the transmission system,and provide the reference for the subsequent design process.4.In the case of determining the engine model,the parameters of the drive system are optimized by the drive power loss rate and fuel consumption of 100 km as a dynamic and economical target.Research on parameter matching of transmission system by using the DOE test design function of CRUISE software,and the optimal matching scheme is obtained in many kinds of combination schemes.5.The result on matching and optimization of power-transmission is applied to the actual program,and trial out the track chassis prototype and carry out field verification.Through the results analysis of the performance verification,the dynamic and economy of the track chassis are meet the performance requirements by optimizing matching.
