Study On The Ecological Environment Governance Of Grassland In Inner Mongolia

Inner Mongolia grassland,located in the northern border of China,is the largest natural grassland resource in China.Inner Mongolia grassland plays an important role in social economic development and maintenance of ecological environment in our country.Grassland is one of the most widely distributed vegetation types in the world,and it is an ecosystem.Moreover,grassland plays an irreplaceable ecological role in windbreak,sand fixation,water conservation and climate adjustment.With the rapid development of reform and opening up and the rapid development of society and economy,the grassland of Inner Mongolia is facing unprecedented challenges,and the grassland ecological environment is deteriorating.Due to unreasonable behavior driven by interests generally in the development and utilization of grassland,the bearing capacity of the grassland was increased and destroyed the regularity of grassland ecological restoration,the fundamental reason is that governance problems,resulting in the progress of governance is not degradation degree.At present,most of the research on grassland ecosystem governance focusing on the technical level,most of the studies are carried out from the environment,land,grassland,irrigation and other technical aspects,but the perspective of governance is obviously insufficient,especially the research on the grassland ecological governance.This paper aims to analyze the current situation in ecological management of Inner Mongolia grassland in recent years,starting from the aspect public governance,discussing the deepseated reasons which caused governance problems,put forward a sound system,promote reform of administrative system,establish regional cooperation mechanism,construct multi-governance measures,and tries to build a integrated manage system for governing ecological problems in the grassland,ultimately makes the system a typical affection.
