Using Paris "longevity flowers' powder,longevity flowers' green Paris,longevity flowers' Cadillac of tube seedlings and leaf and stem section both explant in vitro rapid propagation research,MS as the basic culture medium,added different concentration of plant growth regulator and its regeneration system,and by comparing to obtain the optimum culture medium and the optimal training materials.The results were as follows:(1)The "Paris of the powder" was the most suitable for a induced long stem tip,the optimal medium is MS+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1,and the induction rate could reach 84%;From the perspective of the induction of macrobian flower leaves,effect of "Cadillac" is best,and the optimal medium was MS+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 1.0 mg-L-1,the induction rate could reach 78%;From the perspective of the induction of longevity stem segment,the optimum varieties for longevity flowers was"Cadillac",and the optimal medium was MS+KT 0.5 mg-L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1,and the induction rate can reach 90%.as a conclude,the optimal explant was stem segment,and the highest induction rate in the appropriate medium could be more than 90%.(2)From transgenerational proliferation,suitable for multiple shoot clumps transgenerational proliferation medium of longevity flowers"powder" Paris was MS+IBA 0.05 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1,the multiplication coefficient was 92.67%;Suitable for "green Paris" multiple shoot clumps transgenerational proliferation medium of longevity flowers for MS+IBA 0.05 mg·L-1 +6-BA 0.2 mg-L-1,the multiplication coefficient is 93.67%;Suitable for "Cadillac" multiple shoot clumps transgenerational proliferation medium of longevity flowers for MS+IBA0.05 mg·L-1 + 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1,the multiplication factor could reach 94.56%.(3)From the perspective of the rooting rate,1/2Ms+NAA0.5 mg·L-1 was the most favorable for the formation of macrobian flower powder "Paris" root,and rooting rate can be 100%;l/2Ms+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1was the most favorable for the formation of macrobian flower"green Paris" root,and rooting rate was 100%;1/2Ms+NAA 0.05 mg·L-1 was the most favorable for the formation of macrobian flower "Cadillac"root,and the rooting rate could be 100%.(4)From the point of transplanting survival rate,the optimal matrix were peat soil:Pearlite =1:1,and the survival rate was 93.33%;Three varieties of longevity flower in the peat soil:vermiculite =1:1,survival rate was the lowest in the matrix.(5)Longevity under hydroponic conditions can grow normally.Hydroponic flower longevity would make it more popular,because it has excellent ornamental quality,easy management,saving resource and elegant style,more in line with the requirements of modern people.Flower fertilizer concentration affect longevity spend some indicators.The root length,fresh weight,plant height,leaf number and flower has a significant effect,but had no significant effect on root activity,flowering time.From fresh weight,plant height,flower diameter difference,longevity flowers' Cadillac was optimum hydroponic varieties and the concentration of 1.5‰ flowers grow best in hua duo duo soluble fertilizer cultures.
