As an important link that connects various relevant agricultural industries,edible fungi industry plays an important role in facilitating material cycle of farmland ecosystem,relieving food crises and protecting ecological environment.In this experiment,the author has set three types of cultivation ways:ridge cultivation,bag cultivation and box cultivation;meanwhile,wormcast with contents of 100%,75%,50%and 25%were added into casing soil under the three cultivation ways,and plain soil was taken as the control to form different cultivation patterns upon summarizing experience of China and other countries in production and cultivation.After that,yield indexes like acre yield and biological conversion ratio as well as quality indexes like crude protein,crude polysaccharide,amino acid content and composition were set.Finally,impact of different cultivation ways on yield and quality of Dictyophora was studied through a comparison between the yield indexes and quality indexes and an optimal combination of patterns was determined for offering feasible cultivation experience and reference of technical model for promoting Dictyophora industry in Ya’an area.The experiment was carried out in Ya’an Fenjiang farm from November 2014 to January 2016.The primary research result is as following:Cultivation modes has significant impact on the yield and biological conversion ratio of Dictyophora.Among all of the cultivation ways,ridge cultivation leads to the highest actual yield(87.771kg/667m2),the actual yield under ridge cultivation is two times of that under bag cultivation and four times of that under box cultivation;the biological conversion ratio under ridge cultivation is much higher than those under bag cultivation(12.31%)and box cultivation(10.91%);wormcast of different contents have significant impact on Dictyophora yield,biological conversion ratio and unit weight of Dictyophora but insignificant impact on stipe length of Dictyophora.Under ridge cultivation,wormcast with contents of 75%and 50%lead to the highest yields which are 115.368 kg/667m2 and 113.946 kg/667m2 respectively;meanwhile,the biological conversion ratios reach as high as 30.118%and 29.747%respectively,which are more than 2 times of those under control handling.Under bag cultivation,wormcast with content of 50%leads to the highest yield(70.893kg/667m2)and a biological conversion ratio as high as 18.713%.Under box cultivation,wormcast with content of 100%leads to the highest yield(40.479kg/667m2)and a biological conversion ratio as high as 15.38%.Moreover,unit weight of Dictyophora under different cultivation ways are negatively related to the total yields,that is,the heavier the unit weight is when the lower the yield is;meanwhile,the unit weight of the control group is the highest.Cultivation modes have significant impact on vegetative growth period and harvest period of Dictyophora.The vegetative growth period of ridge cultivation is the shortest(82.2 days)and that of bag cultivation is the longest(105.7 days);the harvest period of ridge cultivation is the longest(63.1 days),similar to that of box cultivation;the harvest period of bag cultivation is the shortest(42.1 days);wormcast of different contents has significant impact on vegetative growth period and harvest period:the vegetative growth period when wormcast with contents of 75%and 50%is added is shorter but the harvest period is longer.Difference cultivation modes have certain impact on crude protein,crude polysaccharide,polyphenol and total amino acid content of Dictyophora,but changing tendencies vary from index to index and the floating ranges between indexes are not significant.Bag cultivation leads to the highest crude protein(117.062mg/g)and polyphenol content(12.294mg/g)while box cultivation leads to the lowest(112.404mg/g and 10.86mg/g respectively);box cultivation leads to the highest crude polysaccharide(81.902mg/g)while ridge cultivation leads to the lowest(68.286mg/g),1.0mg/g lower than that under bag cultivation;ridge cultivation leads to the highest amino acid content(162.718mg/g in average)and box cultivation leads to the lowest(148.14mg/g);wormcast of different contents added to the casing soil has significant impact on total amino acid content and content of 75%leads to the highest total amino acid content;the total amino acid content under ridge cultivation is 178.075mg/g,that under bag cultivation is 184.121 mg/g and that under box cultivation is 163.154mg/g.The varieties of amino acids are complete under the cultivation modes.Among them,ridge cultivation leads to the best quality protein in fruiting bodies of Dictyophora,being close to the original standard of quality protein;box cultivation leads to the poorest protein,being close to the original standard of good protein;the first limiting amino acid under all of the three cultivation ways is lysine and the second limiting amino acids are phenylalanine and tyrosine.
