This paper is discussed mainly around the Guangxi University research fund projects "Based on virtual prototype technology of sugarcane machine research"and "Development and the school-enterprise cooperation development sugarcane machine technology project "The subject research purpose is to reveal the characteristics of sugarcane machine and its related parameters on the whole a growing influence on the performance of the machine,this article include the following:1.Firstly this paper introduces the sugar cane planting machine at home and abroad in recent years,the development situation of present research status of typical planting machine,features and problems are presented in this paper.Finally the paper,the development direction of planting machine,for growing machine are discussed and analyzed.2.Through using UG and CAXA tools,the author designed the whole sets of sugarcane machine complete virtual prototyping model.And the virtual prototyping model is imported into ADAMS and Recurdyn Software,They solve the dynamic simulation analysis for the dynamics and kinematics simulation,and the results of the frame for the following the optimization of the finite element analysis provides data to support.3.According to the present machine to sugarcane planting the calculation method of a rough,based on this through the modern support software Recurdyn calculation,the author got a precise and rough sugarcane two calculation formula,and can be used for the follow-up of the calculation of the length of the sugar cane to provide the basis.4.People have right now requirements of product more and more high,put forward to reduce the weight of the product requirements.Because of the weight of the planting machine frame is larger,On the basis of finite element analysis,we optimized the frame.5.We analyzed cutting institutions and fertilization institutions with the hydraulic system first.Analysis showed the system is not stability.And then,We rebuild cutting institutions and fertilization institutions independent hydraulic system.Under the design parameters of existing we do the dynamic simulation,and get the motor pressure and flow of curve,which verify the hydraulic system stability and reliability. |
