This paper chooses air-suction seeding device of no-till planter as the target, conduct vibration test on no-till planter through field experiments. By processing the experimental data, the seeding device’s main frequency range of no-till planter is obtained when working in the field. Study the effect of vibration frequency on performance of seeding device by seeding performance test, it provides a theoretical basis for the design of air-suction vibration coupling seeding device.Use Solid Works to design three-dimensional virtual test-bed and make static analysis on the model of support frame by Ansys, it shows that the support frame can meet working performance requirement by analyzing the data cloud chart. Considering the inherent frequency of seeding device itself, the author leaves seeding device and its mounting rack in a state of nature by hanging them. The value of natural mode and main inherent frequency is 197.09 Hz can be work out by analyzing the data which is gathered from hammer stimulation. The redesign test-bed is made parameter calibration firstly, then conduct experiments on the performance of seeding device. Considering there are three factors which is vibrational frequency, rotation speed of planting plate and air pressure of vacuum chamber, the author found out the optimal value of each factor by single-factor test on seeding device. The optimal combination for seeding performance of corn seeding device is also obtained from data analysis by orthogonal experiment.
