For the problem of the high total grain losses of the stripper header without air suction,which caused by the lack of air flow when a stripper header without air suction is going on field harvesting operations,taking the header of prototype of field trials developed by the research group in 2015 as the research object,this dissertation has developed a new type of stripper header(Patent No.201610240688X)which combines blow-off of positive pressure with adsorption of negative pressure and equips with non-linear stripping fingers.In this dissertation,the new stripper header has been systematically analyzed and studied on the indoor test bench.The research has adopted the method of theoretical analysis and indoor bench test.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The stripping process of the new stripper header has been analyzed and the threshing process of harvester header has been studied,which has provided a theoretical basis for the design of header.(2)A new type of the stripping device has been designed that can have the adjustment of the test factor influencing the working performance,the collection and record of the total grain losses in the process of reaping as well as working parameter acquisition.(3)The test plan has been designed and the analysis of post data has been optimized with the aid of Design-Expert V.8.0.6.According to the test method of quadratic general spinning design,the indoor bench test has been done to have simulated the state of field harvest operations of harvester.Through the test,the rates of contribution of each factor on the total stripper loss and the combination of optimal working parameters have been obtained.The contribution rates from high to low are followed by angle of V triangle plate,angle of upper caps,feeding velocity,air-flow velocity of mechanisms,linear velocity of stripping rotor with triangle plate teeth.The optimal working parameters are:feeding velocity of.20 m/s,linear velocity of stripping rotor with triangle plate teeth of 19.13 m/s,air-flow velocity of mechanisms of 6.80 m/s,the angle of stripping fingers of 6.50 0,angle of upper caps of 7.20°,the total loss of 0.81%.All of these working parameters have met the standard of national rice harvest.(4)The change rule of the throwing position of the grain after the grains' stripping has been found by analysis of the distribution of grain in the horizontal collection device and the vertical collection device.This rule can provide the certain theoretical basis and reference for the overall design of the late header.
