In Xishuangbanna?Pu'er and other places of Yunnan province observed that there is a kind of teagarden,whose plant spacing is roughly one metre and plants grow naturally height is about two meters.The age of tree is similar to that of tea planation,but the cultivation pattern is similar to that of ancient tea garden.The tea garden is trimed lightly and not ploughed.Some cultivation modes of plants are groups and the others are transformed by the clone tableland tea gardens.It is planted in mountain environment which can form a small ecological environment system with the surrounding nature forest.The growth pattern is more closely related to the native environment of the tea tree.In this study,this type of tea garend is called native tea garden cultivation management pattern.Based on the related research of management mode of the cultivation is less and in order to explore the characteristics of this kind of cultivation management mode,this study selected the grant township of Su hu olive village,Menghai county of Xishuangbanna,Yunnan province(A region);Meng song township of Bao tang village(B region)and Lancang county king mountain village Nuogan club of Pu'er(C region).The three regions have terraced tea garden,native tea garden and ancient tea garden at the same time.I carried on the investigation and the tea sample tighted,comparative study on the physical and chemical analysis and sensory evaluation of tea quality,the main results were as follows:1.Field research shows that the three regions of the original tea garden formation of different reasons.A area is for tea farmers to abandon the formation of picking;B area is the spontaneous tea plantation will be double-planting platform for the transformation of the tea plantation;C area is due to the area of ancient tea forest area,tea farmers and local governments are actively taking this imitation of natural ancient tea cultivation and management model,and gradually formed a large area of original tea garden.2.The physical and chemical analysis showed that the water extracts of terraced tea garden,original tea garden and ancient tea garden were 43.82%~47.02%,44.25%~50.14%,43.57%~50.24% respectively,and the polyphenols were 32.90%~39.63%,36.00%~39.50%,31.04%~41.65%respectively;The amino acid contents were 2.34%~4.23%,1.92%~2.74%,2.01%~3.09% respectively;The caffeine contents were 3.21%~4.24%,3.66%~4.38%,3.55%~4.21% respectively.There were significant differences(P < 0.05)in water extracts,tea polyphenols,amino acids,flavonoids and total sugars in three different cultivation and management models,and there were significant differences among some indexes(P <0.01).The results of cluster analysis of the three different cultivation and management models showed that the relationship between original tea plantation and the quality of ancient tea plantation was close.3.Sensory evaluation of three areas of three kinds of tea gardens' tea quality ranking from high to low are: ancient tea>original tea>terraced tea.Mainly for the taste of ancient tea taste is obvious good coordination,a brew terraced tea bitter,original tea liquor taste somewhere in between.Through the comparative study of three kinds of tea garden cultivation management pattern,for the primitive type provides the theory basis for the development of cultivatio n management mode,for the cloud tea ecological cultivation,low-quality tea garden refo rm and optimize the product structure to provide the reference.
