China is the world's largest production and consumption country of apple,The cultivation area,total output,per capita occupancy and export volume of apple are ranked first in the world,apple industry has become one of the pillar industries to adjust the structure of China's agricultural industry and increase the income of farmers.However,in recent years,apple diseases have been serious.There are many kinds of diseases,and distribution area is wide,especially for some fungal diseases,such as apple rot,apple brown spot,apple leaf spot,apple rust,apple anthrax,caused a serious impact to the development of apple industry.Difenoconazole is a kind of triazole fungicide with broad bactericidal spectrum,high efficiency,safety,long lasting period,strong internal absorption and other characteristics.By inhibiting the cell biosynthesis of ergosterol,difenoconazole can destroy the structure and function of the cell membrane to achieve the purpose of sterilization,is one of the most widely used fungicides in crop cultivation.It can be used for controlling various fungal diseases of fruits,vegetables,wheat,potatoes,beans,melons and other crops and has good development prospects.In order to clarify the control effect of difenoconazole on the main diseases of apple and provide the basis for the use of this fungicide in the production,this study determined field control of 30% difenoconazole water dispersible granules to several major apple diseases in the orchards of Qianxian,Xunyi and Heyang of Shaanxi Province.Conclusions are as follow:1.The field trials in Qianxian,Xunyi and Heyang showed that alternated use of 30% difenoconazole water dispersible granules diluted 3500 times and 50% Xin Ling wettable powder 800 times and used difenoconazole alone both have significant control effect for apple brown spot.The control effect is more than 80%.2.The control effect of alternating use of 30% difenoconazole water dispersible granules 3500 times,50% Xin Ling WP 800 times and 60% Baitai water dispersible granules 2000 times is up to 97.5% against apple alternaria leaf spots.3.The control effect of 30% difenoconazole dispersible granules 4000 times on apple rust was 91.12%,followed by 43% tebuconazole 4000 times and 15% times that of triadimefon 2000 times.4.The control effect of 30% difenoconazole water dispersible granules 4000 times on apple rot disease was over 80%.5.30% difenoconazole water dispersible granule 4000 times had good control effect on apple anthracnose.The disease incidence of alternating with 2000 times of 60% Baitai water dispersible granule and 800 times of 80% mancozeb WP was significantly reduced,and have obvious control effect...
