Study On Ecosystem Service Value Evaluation And Ecological Compensation Of Kunyu Mountain Nature Reserve

At present,our country is in the background of the speeded construction process of ecological civilization,and all sectors of society pay unprecedented attention to the ecological environment and the cause of nature conservation.The construction process of nature reserves has played a key role for the protection of biodiversity as well as the protection of ecosystem services.However,there is a conflict between the development of protected areas and the traditional production and life of residents nearby.In addition,the gradual prosperity of tourism also continues to pose a threat to the natural environment.Therefore,it is very important to establish a positive and effective ecological compensation mechanism in nature reserves.In this paper,the Kunyu Mountain National Nature Reserve(KMNR)located in Yantai City,Shandong Province,is chosen as the research object.First of all,analysis for the energy value and ecosystem service value assessment of the socio-economic natural system of the protected area are carried out from the point of view of compound ecosystem,and then a reasonable nature reserve ecological compensation standard is formulated and suggestions for the implementation of the nature reserve's ecological compensation mechanism are proposed based on the questionnaire survey results and stakeholder analysis.The results tell that:1.The total energy value of the ecological service of KMNR in 2014 is 2.04×1021 sej,and the total value of the emergy currency is 9.53×108 dollars.What's more,the organic production value is 8.32×107 dollars,the solid soil value is 3.87×108 dollars,the value of fertilizer is 9.63×107 dollars,the carbon fixation and oxygen release value is 5.33×105 dollars,the conservation water source value is 4.54 ×106 dollars,the hamifiil material absorption value is 8.64×104 dollars,the dust retention value is 3.07×107 dollars.the biological diversity value is 3.48×108 dollars,and entertainment cultural value is 2.44×106 dollars.2.According to the questionnaire results,the willingness to pay of residents for funds is 70.6%,with an average of 91.59 yuan per year;the willingness to pay of residents for labor is 85.60%,with an average of 9.7 days per year:the willingness to receive compensation of residents is 84.1%,with an average of 561.68 yuan per year.For visitors,the willingness to pay for the funds is 81.4%with an average value of 39.9 yuan per year.The total amount paid by tourists is 7.9556 million yuan per year,and the total amount paid by residents is 653.36 million yuan per year,and the total amount of compensation accepted by residents is 5.813,800 yuan per year.3.This paper puts forward the amount of ecological compensation in KMNR from 6.8847 million yuan as the minimal criteria based on the status of the tourists and residents to 142 million yuan as the most criteria according to the amount of immutable ecosystem service values,and clearly points out the compensation forms and funds according to different ecosystem service values.
