The demand of small combine harvester is becoming more and more widely in hilly,The stability and reliability of operation need to be improved.However,there is currently lack of data guidance.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and demand background to carry out online monitoring technology for small combine harvester.Base on the current situation of automatic and low intelligence of on-line monitoring system of agricultural machinery.With 4lz-1.5 small-sized combine harvester as an object.On the basis of full consideration of monitoring technology or device versatility and portability,Integrated application of sensor technology,embedded technology,communicating technology and video transmission technology,and so on.Developing a harvester online monitoring system.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the operation process of combine harvester,the main functions of the online monitoring system are the key operation parameters of the harvester are tested online and the key operation sited real-time condition monitoring.The monitoring objects include reel,grain auger,Intermediate shaft I,Intermediate shaftII,threshing roller and Engine output shaft,monitoring for speed and torque.As well as the operating condition monitoring of the key operating areas such as cutting table,threshing drum,cleaning screen front end and weeding mouth.2.Completed the combine the overall scheme design of on-line monitoring system The system consists of the speed measurement module,the torque measurement module,the video monitoring module,the signal processor based on STM32 and the upper computer system of LABVIEW,and completes the hardware architecture,software architecture and communication scheme design of the system.3.The hardware design of online monitoring system of combine harvester is completed.Based on STM32F103ZET6 microprocessors,designing the wireless torque measuring system,and based on the processor's next signal acquisition circuit,which includes the circuit,the torque signal collection circuit,the sound circuit,and the circuit board.4.Completed the combine harvester of on-line monitoring system for software development.Based on KEIL uVision5 software platform,the software system of the lower computer is designed,and the main program of the lower computer system is developed with C language,the process of the torque signal acquisition subroutine,the speed signal collection subroutine and the fault sound and light alarm subroutine are developed.Based on the LabVIEW PC software system,the development speed monitoring display subroutine,torque monitoring program and key parts video monitor subroutine.5.Conducted a combine harvester online monitoring system for the main function module of experimental research.The calibration test of the torque measurement system for the 6-way rotary shaft is completed.Setting up a rev test platform and a rev,torque joint test platform.Test results show that the rotational speed measurement is relatively accurate,high measurement precision,stability and better;Torque measurement stability is better,but the accuracy needs to be further improved.
