Studies And Application On The Key Technology Of 'Wink' And 'Summer Black' Grapes

In this paper,'Wink' and 'Summer black' grapes as the tested materials,studied the effects of bagging and calcium spraying on mineral elements and fruit quality,the effects of different bagging on growth,the effects of LED light quality on the photosynthetic properties and physiological indexes.The study provided a theoretical basis for guiding production by selecting the key technology.The main results were as follows:1.The contents of Ca and Mg were decreased obviously by using microporous bag and plastic bags of 'Wink' grape variety,but the contents of K and B were not affected at the expanding stage and the veraison stage;the fruit weight and soluble solid contents were decreased.The contents of fruit weight and Ca were increased obviously under the treatment of bagging and after spraying potassium nitrate calcium and amino acid calcium.The contents of fruit weight and Ca were increased also at the treatment of two kinds of calcium spraying while no bagging was used.Microporous bag combined with two kinds of calcium could achieve better control effect for serious cracking,the incidence rate of cracking fruit were decreased by 78%and 88%.The different bagging and calcium spraying compared with CK,skin color was deepened and potassium nitrate calcium more reduced the brightness of fruit epidermis than amino acid calcium.In a word,the different bagging and calcium spraying improved the contents of fruit weight and Ca of 'Wink' grape,decreased the incidence rate of cracking fruit,and played an crucial role on fruit ripening.2.Sugar acid ratio of microporous bag was relatively high,and the Japan OP bag was low.The effect of bagging on fruit weight and size were not significant.For fruit cracking phenomenon,microporous bag and double black bag had good effects,but Japan OP bag and plastic bag were the worst.Comprehensive comparison,for 'Wink'grape,microporous bagging technique should be used,which avoided cracking phenomenon and improved the internal quality.3.LED light quality significantly improved the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)of'Summer black' grape,compared with the control(CK),which were conducived to the accumulation of photosynthesis of leaves.Red light R630 increased the content of chlorophyll A of 'Summer black' grape.Blue light improved the SOD enzyme activity of'Summer black' grape,and red light enhanced the POD enzyme activity;Red and blue light RRB440 had the highest of content of MDA.Thus,light quality had significant role in promoting growing of 'Summer black' grape.
