| Daphne Linn,is an important genus of Thymelaeaceae,mainly distributed in southwest and northwest,and the rest are distributed throughout the country.In recent years,researches have shown that Daphne Linn,mainly contains coumarin,flavonoids,biflavonoids,terpenoids,monoterpene and pentacyclic triterpenes,lignans and other chemical compositions.With the in-depth study of pharmacological effects of various compounds in Daphne Linn.,it is found that it has anti-inflammatory,antioxidation,antitumor and other important biological activities.This thesis summarized the research status of chemical compositions and bioactivities of Daphne Linn.,and explorated the nature chemical compouds of Daphne altaica Pall,which distributed in Altaica area of Xinjiang province of china.Daphne altaica Pall,is for the evergreen shrub belonging to Daphne Linn,of thymelaeaceae.It grows on the slopes and the bushes,distributed in mountains where herdsmen gather,located at an altitude of more than a kilometer in northern Xinjiang in our country.Its height is 40-120 cm,and shoots are palm red,while older branches is beige.Its roots and the whole plant are used as medicine,mainly treating phlegm,cough,breeze and cold,and it is mainly used for coughing,phlegmy thoat,cold cold and stomachache,etc.Dry bark of Daphne altaica Pall.is extracted with 70%EtOH.It is isolated 6 compounds using the system solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography,polyamide column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization.Then they are identified by the methods of the basis physicochemcial propertyes,spectral analysis and comparison with literature data.6 compounds were el-ucidated as:daphnoretin(1);n-dotriacontane(2);umbelliferone(3);isodaphneticin(4);2-hydroxydiplopterol(5);β-sitosterol(6). |
