The further research in pathogenesis of asthma, the treatment of new ideas and new ways, so that the Chinese medicine treatment of asthma is more perfect, more satisfactory prognosis.Method:Collected in the outpatient treatment of 72 cases of mild bronchial asthma acute attack stage (asthma of heat type), the 36 cases in the treatment group were given Dingchuan Decoction and Xanthium powder,36 cases of the control group was given Montelukast Sodium Tablets,7 days for a course. The observation of the degree of symptom improvement, and further integral evaluation, By statistical software for analysis, and ultimately to give a clear objective index.Result:Comparison of age, course of disease before treatment in two groups, There were no significant differences by analysis, comparable (P> 0.05). After treatment, the total efficiency were treatment group 88.84%, control group 72.22%, There was a significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Mild bronchial asthma acute attack stage (asthma of heat type) from lung and nasal treatment,the curative effect is reliable.
