The Clinical Research Of The Treatment That Qingfei Dingchuan Granules Treats Asthma(Phlegm-heat-resistant Lung Type) In Children

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Dingchuan granule in treating asthma(phlegm-heat-resistance lung type)in children,and to discuss the combination of the group and the characteristics of the drug,and to provide the basis for its better application in clinic.Methods:This topic selected cases from August 1,2017 ~ 2018 in henan university of Chinese medicine on January 1,the second affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics of Chinese and western medicine into standard asthma(phlegm heat resistance lung type),72 cases of children.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each with 36 cases.The treatment group and control group were given Qingfei Dingchuan granules and child magan Granules orally;the two groups of drugs were evaluated by observing the changes of single score and total scores before and after treatment in the two groups for three days and seven days.Results:1.The total scores after treatment in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment.The decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).2.After the course of treatment,there were 11 cases of clinical control,13 cases of remarkable effect,7 cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffectiveness in the treatment group,the total effective value was 88.57%.While in the control group,there were 6cases of clinical control,8 cases of remarkable effect,12 cases of effective and 8cases of failure.The total effective was 76.47%(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in the distribution of curative effect between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Qingfei Dingchuan granules can effectively treat asthma(phlegm-heat-resistant lung type)in children,and its efficacy is superior to the child Magan granules.2.Qingfei Dingchuan granules in clinical application did not find any adverse reactions,good safety,with clinical promotion value.
