Objective: In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)simultaneous determination of 32 batches of Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge epicatechin,dihydroquercetin,myricetin three component determination and HPLC fingerprint established Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,and monomer separation experiments carried out,quality control and provide the basis for continued research of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.Methods: Determination and Fingerprint: The method for the chromatographic conditions ODS C18 column(4.6 × 300 mm,5?m),acetonitrile(B)and 0.1% acetic acid(A)as the mobile phase,detection wavelength of 274 nm,gradient elution off,flow rate 1m L / min,the injection volume was 5?L,column temperature 30 ?.Separation of the monomers: Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge take the meal,plus 95% ethanol was extracted three times,low temperature(40 ?)recovering ethanol plus a small amount of distilled water and concentrated,followed by adding the same volume of petroleum ether,methylene chloride,n-butanol,take three extracts.The methylene chloride extracts were separated gel column chromatography.Compounds isolated spectral structure identification.Results: Determination displayed epicatechin,dihydroquercetin,myricetin 3 were separated successfully tested;a good linear relationship in the linear range,correlation coefficient greater than 0.999;the average recoveries were 99.61%,99.73%,99.91%.27 batches of different sources Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge performed between HPLC fingerprint,the consensus model has good similarity,the similarity is greater than 0.99.HPLC fingerprint study found that a total of 23 kinds of peaks,including epicatechin,dihydroquercetin,DMY,myricetin,quercetin,naringenin six ingredients with the standard controls have been identified.Monomer separation experiments,isolated catechin,DMY,1-O-methyl-D muscle-inositol 3 compound,wherein the compound III is Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge first time in the new compound was separated.Conclusion: This study not only as a basis for Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge quality control,further recovery of authentic ingredients,processing and analysis of development and utilization of the active ingredient to provide research foundation.
