Clinical Research On Treatment Of Infertility Of Fol1icular Maldevelopment With Kidney Deficiency Type By WuZi Foster Follicle Decoction And Ginger Moxa-moxibustion

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness infertility of fol1 icular maldevelopment with kidney deficiency type,which was treatmented by WuZi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion.Through statistical analysis,before and after treatment,compare the follicular situation,endometrial thickness,follicular phase ends,and syndromes curative effect.After treatment,to observe the clinical pregnancy rate,the incidence of OHSS,and multiple pregnancy rate,etc.To explore the curative effect and mechanism action of WuZi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion iin clinical.Methods: This study selected 125 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria.The cases were infertility patients of follicular dysplasia with kidney deficiency syndrome.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group had 63 examples;the control group had 62 examples.For various factors,there were 4 cases,who suspend the experiment midway,2 cases of treatment group,and 2 cases of control group.The treatment group was done 61 cases study,and the control group was done60 cases study actually.Treatment group given WuZi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion therapy.The Chinese medicine follow after the5 day of menstrual cycle about WuZi foster follicle decoction,drinked 1 agent daily,on two points times in the morning and at night.If there is ovulation,given medication after 3 days of ovulation,if there isn't ovulation,the medicine is given 15 days in the menstrual cycle,and served three cycles.At the same time,combined with treatment by ginger Moxa-moxibustion on the acupuncture point of Shenque and Guanyuan,stoped ginger Moxa-moxibustion therapy at the same time of Chinese medicine decoction closed.The Controlled group used clomiphene'treatment,started taking it on the 5 day of menstrual cycle,50 mg per day,and stayed 5 days.If there is ovulation,added to 100 mg per day in the second cycle.During in the time of treatment,monitored the follicular condtion with vaginal ultrasound beginning on the 10 day of menstrual cycle.Monitoring time fixed in the daily morning.If the follicle diameter was less than 10 millimeter,checked once every three days;when the diameter was during 10 millimeter and 15 millimeter,checked two days;when it was more than 15 millimeter,checked one time daily,until on ovulation(ovulation was follicle disappearing or narrowing abruptly more than 5 millimeter).Monitoring lasted three menstrual cycles.Before and after the treatment,observed and compared the follicular situation,endometrial thickness,follicular phase ends,clinical pregnancy rate,and the change of TCM syndrome,etc.All datas processed with the computer SPSS17.0,analyzed all datas about the two groups.The all Cases come from gynaecology outpatient of Rui Kang hospital,which is affiliated of guangxi traditional Chinese medical university,which is the first-class levels of hospital ly service department).Results: The total effective rate of treatment group,treatmented by WuZi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion,was 76.67%.the total effective rate of control group,treatmented by western medicine,was73.33%,it have no statistical significance difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the average diameter of largest follicle were more than previous average diameter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,comparing the difference of the follicle size,it has no statistical significance difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).comparing endometrial thickness on oviposit period,the average lining thickness of the treatment group is superior to it of the control group,thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparing the serum E2 value between the treatment group with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the ovulation rate between the treatment group with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the pregnancy rate between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the treatment method can improve the ovarian function and the follicle quality of infertility patients with follicular dysplasia and kidney deficiency syndrome,the treatment method is Wu Zi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion.It also can promote follicle growth;improve ovulation of the mature follicle.Its curative effect of follicle growth is equivalent to it of the control group treatmented by clomiphene.The endometrial thickness is superior to it of the control group.Clomiphene can lead to desynchrony beteen the follicle growth and the endometrial growth,the Chinese treatment method of WuZi foster follicle decoction and ginger Moxa-moxibustion can avoid it.The operation of ginger Moxa-moxibustion is simple,convenient.And the curative effect is distinct.Patients can reduce the economic burden,the treatment method is worthy to promote in clinical.
