Clinical Study Of Using Jianpi Bushen Prescription Combined With Marvelon To Treat Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with marvelon to treat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and to preliminarily discuss its mechanism.Methods: 60 in-patients and out-patients conforming to this study after relative system examinations were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Patients in the treatment group were given Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with marvelon,while patients in control group were treated with Marvelon both for three menses periods.When treatment was finished,hemostatic effect and clinical symptoms conditions of traditional Chinese medicine before and after the treatment were evaluated.Content of HB,RBC and PLT and changes of FSH,LH,E2 and P before and after the treatment were detected.After the treatment,menstruation was observed during the follow-up for three months.When treatment ended,the content of FSH,LH,E2 and P were detected again.Finally,statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 18 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)Comparison of hemostatic effect of two groups: the average bleeding duration of treatment group is 4.70 ± 2.43 days,while that of control group is 5.06 ± 2.55 days.After the treatment,the time of vaginal bleeding was shortened in both groups.Statistical analysis showed that the difference between two groups was not significant(P>0.05).(2)The comprehensive effect and TCM symptoms changes: In the treatment group,cure in 18 cases(60%),effective in 6 cases(20%),success in 4 cases(13.3%),invalid in 2 cases(6.7%),the total effect rate is 93.33%;In the control group,cure in 10 cases(33.3%),effective in 7 cases(23.3%),success in 6 cases(20%),invalid in 7 cases(23.3%),and the total effect rate is 76.67%;Total effect rate of two groups were compared.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in treating symptoms including dizziness,tinnitus,fatigue,lower back soreness,leg softness.The difference was significant(P>0.05).(3)Laboratory index detection: After treatment,HB,RBC and PLT in both groups were elevated in different degrees.After compared,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and P in the two groups both increased after treatment,while that of E2 decreased.The differences within one group were significant(P>0.05);while compared the two groups,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);Three months after stopping treatment between the two groups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).(4)Dysfunctional uterine bleeding recurrence during the follow-up period: In treatment group,4 cases recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.7%;In control group,11 cases recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 64.7%.After statistical analysis,the difference was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with Marvelon on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding had better effect in stopping bleeding and adjusting menstruation cycles.And the effect of adjusting menstruation cycles is significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with Marvelon in improving TCM clinical symptoms is significantly better than the control group.(3)Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with Marvelon can significantly improve the levels of hemoglobin,red blood cell and platelet and improve anemia and coagulation function.That is better than the control group.(4)Jianpi Bushen prescription combined with Marvelon can improve endocrine function of ovaries.The long-term curative effect is better than that of the control group.
