Research on syndrome is always the hardest and most important part in modernresearchs on traditional Chinese medicine.Researchs on spleen failing to controlblood are even fewer. Binding of illness and syndrom is an important method inresearching the essence of syndrom.Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a commonillness and is also an urgent serious illness.Traditional Chinese medicine hassome privilege in treating it .This research choosed the spleen failing to controlblood syndrome as the target, researched it through theoretical and animalexperiment studies. Theoritical study:We researched from the follow aspects.First, the functionand justification of the female reproduction axis.Second, the illness distributionof spleen failing to control blood syndrome and the characteristics of traditionalChinese medicine treating the dysfunctional uterine bleeding caused by spleenfailing to control blood syndrome.Third, viewpoints of modern medicine todysfunctional uterine bleeding, including mechanism of normal and ignormal uterinebleeding diagnostic criterion of dysfunctional uterine bleeding reason andmechanism of dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment to dysfunctional uterinebleeding.Fourth ,viewpoints of traditional Chinese medicine to dysfunctionaluterine bleeding, including its historial evolution conception reason andpathogenesis appearance and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Experimental research: Part one :Divided the rats into four groups, including normal group the oldmodel of spleen failing to control blood syndrome group the new model of spleenfailing to control blood syndrome group ovariectomy group ovariectomy and treatedwith the new prescription which nourish Qi and hemostasis group. The aims of thisexperiment are:First, compare the influence to the ovary hormon caused by makingdifferent models or destroy the control of HPOA.Second, compare the influence tothe blood and mechanism of hemostasis caused by making different models or destroythe control of HPOA.Third, research the essence of spleen failing to control bloodsyndrome the action mechanism of the new prescription which nourish Qi andhemostasis toward HPOA the relationship between HPOA and the mechanism of bleedand hemostasis when dysfunctional uterine bleeding caused by spleen failing tocontrol blood syndrome occured.4 英文摘要 Part two:Divided the rats into five groups .Including normal group model ofspleen failing to control blood syndrome group model of spleen failing to controlblood syndrome and treated with the old prescription which nourish Qi andhemostasis group model of spleen failing to control blood syndrome and treatedwith the new prescription which nourish Qi and hemostasis group model of spleenfailing to control blood syndrome and treated with hemostasis drug group modelof spleen failing to control blood syndrome and treated with controlled druggroup. The aims of this experiment are:First, research the influence of the oldnew priscriptions which nourish Qi and hemostasis and the pure hemostasis drugto the mechanism of bleeding and hemostasis of the spleen failing to control bloodsyndrome rats.Second, compare the influence of the old new priscriptions whichnourish Qi and hemostasis and the pure hemostasis drug to the female hormon inthe spleen failing to control blood syndrome rats.Third, research the influenceof the old new priscriptions which nourish Qi and hemostasis and the purehemostasis drug to the appearance of uterus and ovary of the spleen failing tocontrol blood syndrome rats.Fourth, prove the effection of spleen failing tocontrol blood model and compare the effection with the prescriptions which nourishQi and hemostasis by using controlled drug.Fifth, research the pathological andphysiological mechanism of the spleen failing to control blood syndrome. Part three:Divided the rats into five groups.Including normal group spleenfailing to control blood syndrome model group spleen failing to control bloodsy...
