The Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Weisu Granules Treating Liver_stomach Disharmony Of Postprandial Distress Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of weisu granules treating liver_stomach disharmony of Postprandial Distress Syndrome and its influence on quality of life and electrogastrogram.Methods 93 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, 31 cases in treatment group, the first control group 32 cases and the second control group 30 cases, the treatment group fall off in 1 case, the second control group off in 2 cases.On the basis of general treatment in both groups, the treatment group oral weisu granules 15 g 3/ day and rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 20 mg 1/day;the first control group oral Pan Li plate 10 mg 3/day and rabeprazole sodium entericcoated metformin hydrochloride 20 mg 1/day;the second control group oral rabeprazole azole sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 20 mg 1/day.Medication time is 4 weeks medicationrespectively were observed after the 2nd week and 4-wee k follow-up.Compare three groups before and after treatment clinical symptom score, quality of life score and Electrogastrogram gastric electrical disorders percentage, after the meal/power than before,coefficient of each index change frequency instability.Record adverse reactions.Results1.Comparison of the differences between the three groups after 2 weeks,the total symptoms integral was no significance difference(P>0.05),single epigastric full bilge unwell and early full symptom score in treatment group and the first control group before treatment were improved, the first control group particularly remarkable, but there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);comparison of the differences between the three groups after 4 weeks,the treatment group total symptom score was lower than that in control group 2, single epigastric abdominal pain on full bilge unwell, early enough, belching and epigastric pain symptoms integral than the two control groups significantly decreased, the treatment group on epigastric pain and belching symptom improvement aspect, the difference all had statistical significance(P<0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in the residual symptoms curative effect between groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate and marked effective rate after treating 2 weeks of the three groups had no significance difference(P>0.05);he total effective rate and marked effective rate after treating 4 weeks,the treatment group and the first control group were higher than the second control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the first control group(P>0.05), the cure rate of treatment group was higher than the control group two, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The quality of life scores after treating 2 weeks of the three groups were not seen obviously improved,and had no significance difference(P>0.05);after treating 4 weeks, the treatment group in emotional function, body pain and mental health score has improved than before treatment, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);and comparison of the differences between the three groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05). 3.After treating 4 weeks, the gastric electric rhythm disorders percentage and frequency instability coefficient of the treatment group and the first control group were reduced significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group decreased more significantly, and comparison of the differences between the first two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The after the meal/power than before of the treatment group and the first control group were higher before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionWeisu granules treatment liver_stomach disharmony of Postprandial Distress Syndrome with curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the abdomen on full bilge unwell, early enough, belching and epigastric pain symptoms, especially for improving symptoms of abdominal pain and belching aspects above.Although the difference between the treatment group and the control groups in total effective rate is not obvious, but the cure rate of the treatment group is outstanding.It can improve the quality score of patients in emotional function, physical pain and mental health.Reflect on the electrogastrogram index, it can obviously reduce gastric electric rhythm disorders percentage and frequency instability coefficient,make the after the meal/power than before increased obviously.
