Clinical Reaserch On Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules In Treating Perimenopausal Women With Hyperlipidemia (Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Purpose: To observe the improvement of clinical effect of Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules in treating perimenopausal women with hyperlipidemia(phlegm and blood stasis).Exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal women with hyperlipidemia(phlegm and blood stasis)Method: Select 72 perimenopausa with hyperlipidemia(phlegm and blood stasis)female patients as the research object who are according with included standards.Divide into therapeutic group(36 cases)and controlled group(36 cases).The former took the Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules,the latter took the Jiang Zhi Ning Granules.4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous observation of 2 courses.Observe the clinical curative effect.Result:(1)The total efficiency in therapeutic group is 89%.The total efficiency in controlled group is 72%,lower than the therapeutic group.Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules showed efficacy to decrease total cholesterol(TC)? triglyceride(TG)? low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(P<0.05)significantly.(2)The total efficiency in therapeutic group is 89%.The total efficiency in controlled group is 75%.The symptom scores of the two groups both have significant difference(P<0.05).Therapeutic group on improving dizziness,weakness and so on,are better than controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules has very significant efficacy in treating perimenopausal women with hyperlipidemia.Therapeutic group on improving symptom scores is better than controlled group,therapeutic group on improving the metabolism level of blood-lipid is better than controlled group.So it proved that Pu Hong Jiang Zhi Granules in treating perimenopausal women with hyperlipidemia has its unique curative effect.
