Clinical Observation And Study On The Effects Of Yuzhi Granules On SICAM-1 And SVCAM-1 Of Serum In Hyperlipidemia Patients

The thesis studied the effects of the compound Chinese herbs-YuZhi granules on HLP , sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1.Objectives: l.To oberserve the effects of YuZhi granules on TCM syndroms,BMI, blood lipid and safe indexes. 2.To observe the differences of sIC AM-K sVCAM-1 between normal group and primary HLP and the effects on sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 after using drugs. Methods: 58 patients with primary HLP (21 examples with hypertension ,17 examples with CHD.)were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group: 38 examples,took YuZhi granules. 20 examples, took ZhiBiTUo tablets. The levels of TCM syndroms,BMI and blood lipid indexes were measured before,during and after treatment. The levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were measured before and after using drugs, and compared sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 with normal group.Results:!.The total effect of YuZhi granules on HLP was 89.47% after treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C were reduced by 26.40%,19.73%,33.79% respectively, HDL-c was elevated by 16.47%.2.There was significant differences of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 between HLP and normal group.3.YuZhi granules can reduce the content of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1.Conclusions: YuZhi granules have good effects on HLP and functions of anti-atherosclerosis and the protections on vessels.
