PurposeFunctional dyspepsia(FD)for the study rats were observed for electrical functional dyspepsia Rats general condition,D-xylose urinary excretion rate,pepsin content and the rate of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate Discussion Effects of Preparation liver spleen syndrome model rats and rats with EA gastrointestinal function of the model;gastric tissue and serum gastrin(GAS)somatostatin(SS)expression,and explore GAS SS in acupuncture regulation of gastrointestinal function in play.Further clarify the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of FD.MethodsSelect 24 male SD rats,according randomly divided into control group,model group,EA groups of eight.In addition to the blank group,the other groups were eating the next day with tail clamp stimulation rat model FD,After the modeling,electro-acupuncture group received acupuncture at "Zusanli" and "Taichong" treatment,control group,model group They fixed the shackles,day 1,continuous treatment 14 d.Observations during the experiment the rats generally D-xylose and urinary excretion rate,after the end of treatment,the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive rate and pepsin content,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining antrum tissue,double-antibody sandwich assay the expression levels of serum and gastric antrum GAS,SS enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result1.The general observation and comparison,after the model,compared with the normal group,model group,EA group showed rats irritability,drinking water,eating less,dull brown hair,loose stool,two groups of mice weight was significantly lighter than the blank group,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).EA group after treatment,compared with the general situation has improved model group,body weight increased significantly compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05),and the control group with no significant difference(p> 0.05).2.Comparison of gastric emptying rate,compared with the control group,the rate of gastric emptying model group lower,the difference was significant difference(P <0 01.);Compared with the model group,gastric emptying EA group rate increases,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Comparison of intestinal propulsive rate,compared with the control group,the rate of intestinal propulsive model group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01);compared with the model group,the rate of intestinal propulsive EA rats increased,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).4.Pepsin content compared with the control group compared to protease stomach content model group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01);compared with the model group,the content of the stomach to increase protease EA rats The difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).5.D-xylose urinary excretion rate comparison,compared with the control group,D-xylose urinary excretion rate model group lower,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);compared with the model group,EA D-xylose urinary excretion rate rats increased,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).6.Gastric and serum GAS and SS of comparison,compared with the control group,gastric and serum GAS content model group decreased significantly,significantly increased the content of SS,the differences were statistically significant(p <0.01);compared with the model group,gastric content and serum GAS rats EA group increased,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05),SS were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01).Conclusion1.Adoption of the tail clamp method of stimulating + eating every other day after modeling,rats reduced food intake,weight loss,gastric anatomy naked eye no organic disease,indicating successful model.2.Compared with the model group,EA group weight,the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive rate,pepsin content,D-xylose urinary excretion rates have increased,the differences were statistically significant,indicating that acupuncture has a therapeutic effect,you can improve gastrointestinal function.3.Compared with the model group,EA group antrum and serum GAS and SS of changes in the rate of gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion rate,pepsin content,D-xylose urinary excretion rate correlation.For electricity regulation GAS,SS expression may be one of the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment FD.
