Doppler Ultrasound Combined With Penile Rigidity Grading Of Diagnose Erectile Dysfunction And Treatment Efficacy Of Tadalafil Correlation Study

Objective:We aim to evaluation of between Doppler ultrasound combined with Erection Hardness Score on diagnosis of erectile dysfunction and the therapeutic effects of tadalafil on erectile dysfunction correlation.Methods:This study involved 168 patients of March 2014-October 2015 erectile dysfunction patients male urology clinic.Penile blood vessels using Doppler ultrasound to assess.Penile rigidity was classified based on the Erection Hardness Score system as Grades IV,III,II or I.According to the results of the examination were divided into Grade IV(104 cases),Grade III(26 cases),Grade II(20 cases),and Grade I(18 cases).Then give each patient orally once per night 5mg tadalafil 12 weeks.Respectively evaluated before treatment and after treatment of the International Index of Erectile Function score,sexual activity log of SEP2 and SEP3.Comparison between the four groups before and after treatment changes in the indicators.And analysis the correlation between peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity,resistance index and IIEF-5 score after treatment.Results:1.The IIEF-5 score was positively correlated with the refilling index of the penile cavernosal artery(r=0.53,P< 0.01),the peak systolic velocity(r = 0.48,P<0.01),and penile rigidity(r =0.76,P<0.01),and was negatively correlated with the end diastolic velocity(r =-0.73,P < 0.01).2.The IIEF-5 scores of Grade IV,Grade III and Grade II after treatment were significantly higher than before(P <0.01).The IIEF-5 scores of Grade I before and after treatment was no significant difference(P> 0.05).3.After treatment the SEP2,SEP3 of Grade IV,Grade III and Grade II weresignificantly higher than before treatment(P <0.01).And the SEP2,SEP3 of Grade I there were no significant difference before and after treatment(P> 0.05).4.The IIEF-5 score,SEP2 and SEP3 after treatment all appear Grade IV> Grade III> Grade II> Grade I(P <0.01).Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound combined with Erection Hardness Score of ED diagnosis has significant meaning and advantages,Can predict the prognosis of tadalafil treatment of ED,And can provide treatment for ED targeted model,Tadalafil for Grade IV treatment works best,Grade III Secondly,Grade II have a therapeutic effect,and there is not significant therapeutic effect of Grade I.
