Clinical Effect Analysis Of Letrozole Combined With Low-dose Tadalafil In Treatment Of Low T/E2 Male Erectile Dysfunction

Abstract Objective:1.To explore the clinical effects of letrozole combined with tadalafil in the treat-ment of male erectile dysfunction.;2.To study the relationship between T?nmol/l?/E2?pmol/l?ratio and erectile func-tion in male patients with low serum testosterone erectile dysfunction;3.The clinical efficacy of erectile dysfunction in patients with ED is treated by aromatase inhibitor?letrozole?treatment to increase the ratio of T?nmol/l?/E2?pmol/l?.Methods:80 cases of patients with low serum testosterone and T?nmol/l?/E2?pmol/l?less than 0.1 ED who came to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected for the study and were divided into letrozole group?40 cases?and control group?40 cases?according to the odd and even number of random number plates dis-tribution.Control group was given tadalafil orally,and letrozole group was given let-rozole orally on the basis of control group,and they were treated for 12 w.The clini-cal efficacy,weekly coitus frequency before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The International Index of Erectile Function?IIEF-5?was used to evaluate the degree of erectile dysfunction before and after treatment in the two groups.The levels of serum testosterone?T?,estradiol?E₂?and follicle-stimulating hormone?FSH?were measured by Automatic electrochemical detection.Results:The total clinical effective rate in letrozole group was significantly higher than that in control group?90.00%vs 70.00%??P<0.05?.The IIEF-5 score and weekly coitus frequency in letrozole group were significantly higher than those in control group?P<0.05?.The levels of T and FSH in letrozole group were significantly higher than those in control group while the level of E₂ was significantly higher than that in control group?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between letrozole group and control group?15.00%vs 25.00%??P>0.05?.Conclusions:1.Letrozole combined with tadalafil can improve male erectile dysfunction and improve weekly sexual intercourse frequency by regulating the body's androgen,in-creasing testosterone levels in the testis and plasma.2.Letrozole can improve the T/E2 rati;3.Patients with erectile dysfunction can improve erectile function in patients with ED by increasing the ratio of T?nmol/l?/E2?pmol/l?.
