The Analogy Method Based On Weighted Rank Sum Ratio Evaluation Of Impact Study To Family And Social Function In Patients With Different Methadone Clinics

Aim:To fully grasp the effect of comprehensive treatment on family and social function of drug users in different MMT clinics in Jiangxi province.Construct the index system's advantage and disadvantage of the effect assessment of patients' family and social function,which is promoting the work of MMT in Jiangxi province,and providing a basis for the province and the country to provide reference for the relevant assessment.Method:Through literature research,we constructed the index system of the family and social function of the drug addicts.We randomly selected 1501 drug addicts which is from 13 methadone maintenance treatment clinics in Jiangxi Province.The construct investigated the effect of their family and social function,and analyze the clinic therapeutic effect.At the same time,we use the weighted rank sum ratio method to evaluated 13 MMT patients' family and social fuction.Result:The study investigated 13 MMT outpatients in 1501 cases,of which the proportion of male and female was 1: 0.26.The average age was 41.83±7.21 years old.The current situation of family and social function effect of 13 MMT outpatients in Jiangxi Province changed significantly:(1)In terms of family function,the situation of lying to family significantly reduced,the improvement rate was 51.1%(P<0.001);the situation of stealing home property has changed significantly,the change rate was 44.0%(P<0.001);helping families to do the housework has improved significantly,the improvement rate was 27.9%(P<0.001);the situation of blaming drug abuse by the family has reduced significantly,the change rate was 55.6%(P<0.001);the situation of relationship with the family has been improved obviously,the improvement rate was 35.4%(P<0.001);the support and care from their families have improved,the improvement rate was 24.2%(P<0.05);the situation of telling troubles or difficulties to family has improved,the improvement rate was 19.1%(P<0.001)(2)In terms of social function,the situation of support and care from friends have been improved,the improvement rate was 16.8%(P<0.001),there is no obvious difference about telling trouble or difficult to a close friend after the treatment,the improvement rate was 13.1%(P>0.05);the situation of contacting with no drug friends has improved,the improvement rate was 18.6%(P<0.05);the situation of contacting with drug friends has reduced,the changed rate was 38.8%(P<0.001);the relationship with the neighbors has been improved significantly,the improvement rate was 17.7%(P<0.001);the situation of employment has been improved,the improvement rate was 14.7%(P<0.05);the situation of stealing,robbing,cheating behavior has decresed,the change rate was 13.9%(P<0.001);the situation of drug trafficking situation has been improved,he improvement rate was 3.8%(P<0.001).(3)The comprehensive evaluation,13 MMT Outpatient Departments are Ganzhou outpatient,Fuzhou outpatient,Leping clinic,Shangrao clinic,Jingdezhen outpatient,Qingyun spectrum outpatient,outpatient department of West Lake,the Donghu Lake clinic,Xiangdong outpatient,Ji'an outpatient,Fengcheng city clinic,Anyuan clinic,Jiujiang outpatient in Jiangxi Province,and patients family and social function change effect indexes corresponding value of RSRw are 0.2039?0.2445?0.2500?0.2815?0.4150?0.4558?0.5432?0.6111?0.7014?0.7666?0.8320?0.8466?0.8485.Sorting the effect of family and social function change in 13 MMT outpatients,we find that Fengcheng clinic,Anyuan clinic,Jiujiang clinic grade is the best;Leping clinic,Shangrao clinics,outpatient in Jingdezhen,Qingyun spectrum clinics,outpatient department of West Lake,the Donghu Lake clinic,Xiangdong outpatient,Ji'an outpatient level is medium;The rest of the outpatient service level is low-grade.Three grades are reasonable(F=19.530,P<0.001)?Ever grade has obovious difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The frequency of“lying to family members,stealing home property,helping doing housework,blamed for drug use by family members,changing relationship with family members,obtaining support and care from family,telling troubles or difficulties to family”as the evaluation index about the family fuction.The frequency of“getting support and care from friends,the frequency of telling troubles or difficulties to close friends,contacting with neighbors,the rate of employment,the incidengce rate of stealing,robbing and cheating,the incidence rate of drug trafficking” as the evaluation index about the social fuction.The index system is scientific and feasible.The effect of family and social function of 13 MMT clinics in Jiangxi province has obvious improvement.The work of MMT can maintain drug users' family function and recovery their social function.What's more,this treatment can not only enhance the patient's employment rate but also reduce the behavior of stealing,robbing and drug trafficking.The government should enhance support to ensure the sustainable development of the MMT work,and promote social harmony.The comprehensive evaluation result suggests that Fengcheng,Anyuan,Jiujiang clinics' effect improved well.It is time to recommend provincial department of MMT work summarize the experience of the work,and deduce typical practice to strengthen the communication between each other,and share good experiences.What's more,the final goal is to promote the development of methadone maintenance treatment work of Jiangxi province.
